Lily Turner remained in a daze until she got into the car, slowly regaining her normal state. She reached out to the man about to start the car, asking for the Marriage Certificate, "Let me see the Marriage Certificate."
Inside, she participated only during the photo session, and the rest of the process had nothing to do with her at all.
She hadn't even touched the edge of the Marriage Certificate until now, causing her to feel somewhat uneasy.
When Easton Holmes heard the woman asking for the Marriage Certificate, he was momentarily stunned, but then he immediately took out two Marriage Certificates from his pocket and placed them gently in her hand.
"Are you afraid that I might trick you?" He tilted his head to look at the woman, his cold face now displaying a warm, sunny smile.
The sunny, warm smile in front of her made Lily Turner momentarily dazed, but soon her attention was caught by the Marriage Certificate in her hand.
