Listening, listening, and then just fell asleep on the sofa.
Woke up to the endless ding-dong from the doorbell at the entrance.
Just as she was about to get up to open the door, Richard Townsend's voice came from the door.
"Faye Townsend, open the door, I know you're in there."
Faye opened the door with furrowed brows, looking sleepily at a furious Richard standing at the entrance.
She turned around, walked back into the room, and poured herself a glass of water.
Richard slammed the door, sat down on the sofa: "You still have the leisure to sleep.
Why didn't you answer when I called you?
The company is a mess now, do you even care anymore?"
Faye rubbed her forehead. Her phone was on airplane mode because she didn't want to be disturbed.
"What's happened at the company again?"
"Oliver Turner and Hunter Warren have been at odds, didn't you know?"
Faye sighed: "When did this happen?"
"Things have seemed off these past couple of days.
