"Y-You want to harm our Jin... H-how... how dare you..." Aera trembled in fear and rage, her voice quivering with indignation.
She turned to look at Shuri, who now wore a concerned expression. "You see this, Shuri? This is the true color of your fiancé. He isn't just rude, he's cruel and crazy! He even thought of hurting Jin! How can you marry someone like that?"
Shuri sighed, feeling a headache coming on. Aera had openly provoked Noran, and since Noran hadn't emotionally recovered from the past trauma of almost losing her, he had retorted more aggressively than he usually would.
But before Shuri could say anything, Noran stepped in, his voice icy. "I can be a lot more cruel and crazier if you continue to pester Rin."
"I'm pestering Shuri?" Aera said in disbelief. "I'm just worried about her because she is about to marry a cruel man like you!"
Jin quickly stepped forward, trying to calm his mother down. "Mom, please, this isn't helping. Let's just leave."
