I'm now in the stables, looking over the horses, each has names, it's dangerous to just pick one, even that damn Syrion bastard has a horse
I gritted my teeth, then noticing a black horse on the side, looking at me, as if it can understand me
I looked over its gate, it's the only horse that hasn't been named, means it hasn't been owned or tamed yet..
I approached it, whispering
"...Hi, horsy.." I said, slowing reaching out my hand to touch, testing the waters.
It was Thoroughbred horse.. one of the fastest.
When it didn't react, slowly, I opened its stall gate, my hand on the horse still
I paused when the bell rang, The estate's bell, they had discovered I wasn't there anymore, I look over the horse, I don't have enough time to put it on a saddle
It obeys, it doesn't move that much at all, I immediately climb onto its back, gripping the horse's hair as we left the stables
Guards tried to stop the horse from getting through the gate, their spears ready as well as the swords
As we approached the entrance, I whispered, "I don't know if I had fully tamed you yet.. but don't be scared.." I looked at their sharp spears and swords
"..If I did tamed you already... Please get through them and make way... my knight." I whispered, "That's your name.. Knight."
I close my eyes as we near the entrance of the estate, their spears and swords pointed at us, ready to attack
When suddenly, the horse jumped and I hold on for dear life, its size and speed causes the knights to fall back, making way for us to leave
The horse runs still, at full speed as we passed the gate, they're running after us.. "You did good, knight. Let's lose them now, shall we?" I asks
The horse sprints faster, making the distance between me and the knights, our escape.
