As the Reishi javelin left his grasp, the thick iron chains wrapped around his waist clanked and scraped against each other, echoing through the air.

A sturdy Menos Grande was impaled by the Reishi javelin, letting out a piercing scream before collapsing. Its massive body disintegrated into strands of spiritual particles, vanishing into the void.
The man erupted into deep, triumphant laughter, his rough voice resonating through the dark forest of Hueco Mundo, lingering in the air for an unnervingly long time.
"Breaking into the Menos Forest? You're courting death!"
A Vasto Lorde, resembling a bipedal rhinoceros, observed the rugged warrior who had just slain one of his kin. His eyes gleamed with fury as he barked an order to the gathered Gillians.
"Gillians, fire your Cero and obliterate him!"
The towering Gillians responded immediately, opening their gaping mouths as crimson energy condensed within. Within moments, a torrent of destructive Ceros was unleashed, streaking toward their target with blinding speed.
"Boom! Rumble!"
A violent explosion erupted, and the dazzling red light illuminated the dark jungle. Waves of chaotic energy swept through the surroundings, consuming everything in their wake.
"Hahahahaha! Trespassers must perish! But what a shame, this meal was quite delicious! Hahahaha!"
The Vasto Lorde cackled, his grotesque laughter reverberating through the barren wasteland. However, his amusement was short-lived. A shadow descended from the sky at terrifying speed.
In an instant, a blue Reishi javelin pierced straight through his body. A geyser of blood erupted from the wound, and his enormous form began to disintegrate into spiritual particles, fading away into nothingness.
The Gillians, who had once rallied behind their fallen commander, now scattered in terror. Yet, before they could flee, several massive Reishi javelins sliced through the air, weaving between them with deadly precision. One by one, the Gillians crumbled into ashes, their bodies dissolving into the void.
The warrior spat disdainfully onto the ground before vanishing into a blur, leaving behind only an afterimage.
"The filth of Las Noches... The stench of Arrancar is everywhere."
He sneered, standing atop a massive tree as he surveyed the wasteland before him.
"But this Menos Forest... It's a treasure trove bestowed upon me by the heavens! Wahahahaha!"
His manic laughter filled the empty air.
"If I keep hunting at this pace, it won't be long before I absorb enough spiritual energy... By then, I'll finally have the power to challenge Haschwalth."
He muttered to himself before breaking into hysterical laughter once again. The silver medallion in his hand glinted under the pale light of Hueco Mundo's eternal night. He played with it absentmindedly as he searched for his next prey.
Suddenly, movement in the distance caught his attention.
At that moment, the silver medallion in his grasp began to glow, pulsating as if responding to something.
He frowned, staring at the flickering light, then shifted his gaze toward the approaching figures.
"Hmm? A powerful presence..."
His eyes narrowed slightly before a crazed grin spread across his face.
A shadow darted toward the distant figures with a sharp whistling sound. The man followed, closing in rapidly on his new targets.
A surge of blue Reishi coalesced in his hand, crackling with arcs of lightning as it formed a jagged javelin.
Without hesitation, he took aim at the largest target and hurled his weapon with immense force.
Aaron had just turned to answer Nel's question when he felt an overwhelming surge of destructive energy racing toward them from the jungle.
A thunderous explosion followed, shaking the ground. Bawabawa, the giant insect-like creature, let out a pained screech as blood gushed from its massive form. Its body convulsed before it collapsed limply onto the ground.
"Bawabawa!"
Nel, Pesche, and Dondochakka cried out in unison, their voices laced with horror.
Aaron's eyes darkened as he took in the scene. His gaze locked onto the towering figure standing on a tree trunk in the distance.
"Bawabawa... You can't die..."
Nel darted toward the fallen beast, her voice breaking into sobs as she shook its unmoving form.
Pesche and Dondochakka frantically attempted to wake their companion, shaking Bawabawa's massive head. But as its body began to dissolve into spiritual particles, their desperate pleas turned into silent despair.
"Ahahahahaha! I never expected a few ugly, lowly Hollows to have such tender emotions!"
The rough warrior sneered at their sorrow, his eyes brimming with amusement.
"But don't worry! Once you die, you will become a part of my strength! Only then can your sins be washed away!"
His crazed laughter echoed through the battlefield as he raised his arms. Two more Reishi javelins materialized in his grasp, humming with deadly energy.
"Tch."
With a swift motion, he hurled both weapons, their sharp edges slicing through the air toward his next victims.
"Ahhhhhh!"
Nel let out a heart-wrenching scream, her sorrow and fury drawing countless spiritual particles toward her in a whirlwind of energy.
Pesche and Dondochakka gasped in shock at the sudden surge of power.
Realizing the imminent attack, they instinctively moved to shield Nel, throwing themselves in front of her without hesitation.
A crimson mist erupted as the javelins found their mark. With pained groans, Pesche and Dondochakka crumpled to the ground, their bodies trembling.
Nel stared in terror as the deadly projectile continued toward her, its glow reflected in her wide, tear-filled eyes. Despair overtook her expression as she braced for the inevitable.
But just as the javelin was about to strike, an overwhelming spiritual pressure flooded the battlefield, its immense force pressing down upon everything in its path.
The deadly weapon collided with the dense Reiatsu, instantly shattering into countless glowing particles that scattered into the wind.
