As his consciousness returned, he took in his surroundings within the shadowed realm of Karakura Town. With a simple motion, he tore open a Garganta, preparing to leave.
At that moment, a familiar spiritual pressure flickered beside him.
Turning around, he saw a cheerful girl gazing at him with a playful smile.
"Master~ It was so boring being inside alone, but the outside world looks so much more fun!"
Skipping around Aaron, Yuyang spoke joyfully.
"Let's go."
Aaron smiled, shaking his head before stepping through the Garganta alongside his gluttonous companion.
Before long, they arrived back in Karakura Town.
Since there was nothing pressing to attend to, they made their way toward Aaron's residence.
On the way, Taotie suddenly halted in front of a dessert shop, staring at the display for a long time without moving.
"Master, these look so good and delicious..."
Tao Yang wiped the corner of her mouth, her large, watery eyes glistening as she gazed up at Aaron.
Hearing the girl address him as "Master" in such an affectionate tone, nearby passersby cast them curious glances.
With his keen spiritual awareness, Aaron naturally noticed their reactions. He let out a helpless chuckle before leading his gluttonous companion into the shop.
Even though the shop wasn't far from his home, Taotie's love for food meant she insisted on stopping at every place that sold something edible, dragging Aaron along with her.
By the time they reached his residence, they were carrying numerous bags of various sizes.
Just then, Yoruichi opened the door and stepped out with a warm smile.
Noticing the unfamiliar girl beside Aaron, she paused for a brief moment before her usual calm expression returned.
"You're back. I've prepared dinner."
With light steps, Yoruichi approached, rising onto her toes to hug Aaron and placing a soft kiss on his cheek.
Aaron patted her back gently before stepping inside with Taotie.
During dinner, Taotie quickly devoured her portion, only to turn her glistening eyes toward Aaron's plate.
"Master, will you give me your share too~?" she asked sweetly.
Just as Aaron was about to respond, Yoruichi silently walked into the kitchen. Moments later, she returned with another plate of food.
"Here, eat up," Yoruichi said with a smirk, looking at Yuyang.
However, the gluttonous girl pouted and turned her head away with a soft huff. "Hmph! I wanted Master's food!"
Aaron, watching the interaction unfold, simply took the plate from Yoruichi without a word and placed his own share in front of Taotie.
"Hurry up and eat," he said calmly.
"Thank you, Master~ Master loves me the most!" Taotie declared proudly, flashing a triumphant look at Yoruichi before digging in once more.
Yoruichi and Aaron exchanged a helpless glance before shaking their heads with a smile.
After finishing dinner, Aaron grabbed a bottle of beer from the fridge and turned on the TV.

Once Yoruichi finished cleaning up, she joined him in the living room, sitting beside him and resting her head on his shoulder.
Meanwhile, Taotie, still engaged in a battle with a slice of cake, noticed the scene. A flicker of annoyance crossed her face.
With a blur of movement, she appeared next to Aaron in an afterimage, clinging to his right arm and resting her head on his shoulder.
A strange tension filled the room, and Yoruichi immediately understood the girl's intentions.
From the moment she first saw Taotie, she had realized that the girl was actually Aaron's Zanpakutō spirit. As a result, she hadn't said much.
But now, faced with such blatant provocation, she decided to respond.
Without hesitation, she released a controlled surge of Reiatsu, exerting pressure to assert dominance.
Taotie, despite lacking her own spiritual power, possessed the unique ability to absorb and manipulate the Reiatsu and Reishi around her. Unfazed, she absorbed Yoruichi's spiritual energy, making it clear she wasn't backing down.

"Teacher, I have something I think I should report to you!" Urahara Kisuke's voice came through the receiver.
Aaron's gaze sharpened slightly. "Urahara? What's the matter?"
"Teacher, I've received word that Inoue Orihime may have been taken by Aizen. Soul Society has dispatched Tōshirō and the others, but their primary mission seems to be infiltrating Hueco Mundo to confront Aizen. Additionally, more captains will be sent as reinforcements. However..."
Urahara hesitated for a moment before continuing, "There's something else I'm concerned about."
Aaron remained silent as he processed the information.
He recalled the events of Bleach's original timeline—Orihime had indeed been taken to Hueco Mundo by Ulquiorra, who had convinced her to follow him. Ichigo and the others, as well as the leaders of Soul Society, each had their own reasons for heading to Hueco Mundo.
However, Aizen's true goal had never been Orihime herself—it was a ploy to divert Soul Society's attention away from Karakura Town, which held immense spiritual significance.
Yet, due to Aaron's existence, Aizen's plans had already been disrupted multiple times. While the general trajectory of events remained unchanged, certain details had subtly shifted.
Aaron recalled detecting traces of Aizen and his forces in a collapsed Reishi space when he had previously confronted the Sternritter.
Analyzing the previous encounters between Aizen's Arrancar forces and the Sternritter in Karakura Town, only one conclusion made sense—
For some reason, Aizen had formed an alliance with the Quincy's Wandenreich.
And Soul Society was likely unaware of this development.
After organizing his thoughts, Aaron finally responded to Urahara.
Hearing his teacher's reply, Urahara acknowledged it with a simple "Understood" before ending the call.
As Aaron glanced at Yoruichi and Taotie, who had resumed their quiet standoff, he let out another sigh before turning his attention back to his thoughts.
Judging from how events were unfolding, Aizen's research on the Hōgyoku was likely nearing completion.
With that in mind, Aaron made his decision.
This time, he would personally set foot in Hueco Mundo.
Not only to rescue Inoue Orihime—but to settle the score with those lurking in the shadows.
"I understand. I'll head to Urahara's shop tomorrow. It's getting late, so let's get some rest."
Aaron wasn't the type to be lenient with his enemies.
And once they had fallen, he would ensure there was no escape from judgment.
