'Atleast Alterity make this dress, but i ask for a formal suit instead. So, here i am. Dressed in full suit, white and several imitated golden threads. Not forgetting a hairpin i made by my own, as it might be useful later on.' Vey monoluging with herself, sitting inside a carrier.
"You forge this by your own?" Cid said while looking outwards. "Stardust help me with the enforgement, i put the runes on it." She referring to a blade Vey have carry around, in a form of zweilhandler.
Vey pull out a rapier out of nowhere "You might also need, a simbolism for yourself."
'Stardust gave this one to me, a spatial inventory. As i heard this one was eerily familiar with anonymous inventor from Canterlot, i believe their name was Xena Pendelton.' Sounds female, but not from this world.
"I know, this is the most suited for you." Cid gladly accept it, as it was the most light rapier she have ever wield. As it took a while for Vey to notice, unnatural sense of struggle.
"It is just me, or are you struggling dear carrier?" He didn't stop, as if he was hiding his true struggle.
"No problem here, madame. Just a little effort, maybe you could sat back and let me do this." Cid slightly pull Vey's suit, which Vey respond quickly.
"Maybe we need to walk by ourself, he was struggling. Maybe because how heavy your bad bois is." Vey realised, she don't feel the 1 ton of weight on each of her limbs anymore. 'Why did i forget?!'
Vey deactivate her bad bois and it was clear right now, his movements got a lot faster than before. "Just as i thought, that was thine probleme all along."
They already reach the Canterlot border, as breeze of ice have greet them. 'Is this just me, or Canterlot is a lot colder than before?' Cid went down the carrier, Vey put quite bits to the carrier.
His pupil shrank "No madame, i don't deserve this much." Vey put out a little annoyed face, but turn to beg him. "Please, just take it. You are stuggling earlier, but you manage to get us here on time. And-"
She whisper to him. "Don't tell this to anypony else." As he finnaly accept it, Vey was quite shaking after this interraction. "Maybe he doesn't know, but his job is just as hard."
As Cid hit Veyrl's wrist, all Veyrl's attention turn to her. "How much?" She said. Vey sigh "Just 100." Cid just smile and immediately went to the Gala, with Vey follow.
Soon, the breeze became stronger and colder. 'Why the hell is this place became cold?!' Vey mutter silently, as a figure of mare exist within the middle stairs. She said "I have expected your arrival, Mad Saintess." Turn out it was snowdrop, her ice horn dilate the light and sprout it away.
"Heh, i have not expect to be greeted by the Frost Queen herself." Both of them chuckles, Cid just follows until Veyrl's reasoning was finished.
"Oh, Lady Frost. Where is Princess Luna? I heard the two sister will attend the gala together." Luna raise from shade, Celestia materialize within, with Pink alicorn walking down from upstairs and Alterlight completely unrecognisable but still retaining her wings. 'All of them are here, and this is much less than i have anticipated.'
Luna stepped down, she ask "Veyrl de Valens, what is your reasoning of attending this festive Grand Galloping Gala?"
Vey smirks, she said "To take your past away from you, tis' why i am here." Luna was suprised with Veyrl's boldness, and said "What did you mean by taking away my past?"
From nowhere and somewhere, Vey pull out a strange helmet. The same one Nightmare moon used. "Helm of Shadows you named it, quite lame naming. As a symbol of your opression, you no longer need this helmet did you?" Luna hesitates, Celestia walks down while other disperse to places. "May we know the reasoning, Battle Saintess?"
"You know that artifact is the only thing left from the helper and it posses an immense amount of magic, and it might act as Alicorn amulet you already familiar with."
It clicks Luna, as she understand how do Saintess form Veyrl attack or defense can nullify any effect of magic cause. "I guess you can have it, under several condition." Vey totally invested, she straight into the point as "State your condition."
"Only use it on dangerous cause, and during your Saintess form." Vey sit down and clap her hoof, she promise "You got it on the right hoof, and enjoy your retirement Celestia!"
"Farewell then, i'll use this right now." Veyrl's magic overflowing, Saintess mode. As she pull out the Nightmare Helmet from storage and put it on herself, as it disintegrate into pure magic and only become some kind of tatoo on her head.
Time freezes, Vey found herself inside her soulscape once more. Right now, the helmet's rune slightly cover her soul and magic rune. 'Really, pain once more.' With endless time on her hoof, she change the structure of this helmet. 'Welp, here goes nothing.'
All of the alicorns are shocked with this, as the helmet that suposedly indestructible was blow to dust. "Suprise, you didn't know this can be one with the wielder right?"
"You know what will happen this night, right?" All of them nods, as they all went to their respective position. Cid just quite disturbed with this Alicorn shenanigans, there visible difference on Vey's appearance.
She now have tuned back manestyle and noticably shorter mane length, a runic tatoo written from the freezing dead skin of hers.
"Now, head to the ballroom!"
Cid less excited than other mare, she went nothing but a calming sense of everything and relieve of her past. "We can depart from now, you can find me on the garden. See you after Gala."
Stardust immediately appear in the hallway of Gala, The Doctor materialize on the Gala with his companion in the same room Stardust teleported.
"Well, good night Stardust. It is my first time in this forsaken event, as you can relate to my preparation." The Doctor chuckles, as his face went straight.
They spot Veyrl, towering all of the ponies on this Gala. "Particularly easy to see now, and odd that she is fully visible right mow." With no large time gap, Vey also spot them too.
She walk her way to them, the hallway is really large and still fit Veyrl's large body. "I have a strange feeling of some Pantheon of Discord coming back after several days, they likely to attack now." They are all agree, yet there is no sign of Discord Pantheon laughter.
"I suspect the last one to be going all out against us, and yet they want the suprise for themself." The Doctor sigh, now they have pinpoin their target on this gala.
"Alternate Twilight present here, she have a mask on her and her supressed magic make her rather difficult to spot." The Doctor input a code on his watch, his companion have a misaligned eyesight and coat similar to Veyrl's.
'Carbon copy of myself with blonde mane, unique.' The Doctor tapping all of them, he said "I found her, she was upstairs! Follow me!"
Stardust smirks at Vey and whisper "Technologia" Vey just smiles and silently said the same thing, with this the masked mare was spotted. "Twilight, is that you?" The masked mare slightly panics upon the arrival of 4 ponies from downstairs, she recognise Vey but not with the other.
"You, Helm of Shadows wielder. And who is these ponies?"
Stardust is slightly confused, as she thought she are always exist across multiverse. "Well, make sense i guess. You barely know me, so i am Stardust Falls." Stardust Falls, yellow mare with rather brownie blonde mane just like a latte. Wearing this lady knight dress approved by Vey, and a clothy headwear like a maid.
"This is Time Tu- i mean The Doctor, or Doctor Whooves." The Doctor wear his regular suit, classic but modern and his favorite bow tie. Simple and Approved by Vey for ethicity.
Stardust is a little trippy about this, but going with it. "This is Derpy, she was The Doctor's companion."
"Oh, i supose Doctor and Derpy are spouse." Twilight tease, her tease make The Doctor a little annoyed. While Derpy turned back, putting mask on.
Time wents by, the Gala still moving smoothly and Twilight getting comfortable. "I sadly cannot leak any information to you, as it was Equestria's secret." Which put The Doctor on immense disappointment, with them moving around the Gala building.
As the group went to entertainment room, they see Pinkie wreck havoc on the stage. "You didn't expect her, to be here aren't you?" Stardust point towards crowd, outcomes Alterpie.
"Famous one, and make everyone happy."
They went to another entertainment room besides this one and there appear to be a classic, musical instrument unused. "Free to used, hold yourself from showing off and keep humble- this oddly sounds like Princess Celestia."
"I'll pick the piano!" Stardust ready to deconstruct all of the needed for this paricular song, Vey use the viola like a violin. The Doctor as vocal, drum, and violin as spare. They are true maniac at the stage right now.
Twilight, conciously help them on stage and effect.
"Greetings, everypony! Tonight we are about to play Dream Sweet in Sea Major, Enjoy!" The lights off, as song started to play.
"Alone, at the edge of a universe- humming a tune~" The room was silent and eerie, as no echoes amplify.
A breeze soon enter trough the corridors, "For merely dreaming we were snows~" Vey still not yet took part exept humming too, and Stardust was once again the spotlight after The Doctor humming.
"A siren sounds, like the godess who promises endless apologies of paradise~"
The Doctor raise his front limbs, now there was plenty of ponies on the room besides them. "And only she can make it right."
"So things are different Tonight."
Darkness spread all around the room and turn this room into an open midnight concert, as this was all Veyrl's doing. As Stardust intensely play the piano according to line of music, and next line come. "We'll go together in flight~"
We might switch to another and that was Alterjack, she know what have come and in reach for the remaining alternaits.
Alterjack rip the space and appear on Alterpie's sitting place, Alterpie put that slight emotioless smirk. "You have come, my friend. State your reasoning."
Alterjack sigh. "I am getting tired of this, entertainment room II."
Alterjack vanish, the crowd suprised and Alterpie leave her place. "What else she want me to be?" Alterpie enter the Entertainment room II, as there was so many and the inside sprout out. Alterpie was suprised, this is one emotion and feeling she have.
"Interesting, so this is what time emperor magic is."
As the alternaits gather into this very dimension, they all understand the statement and went straight beside the stage. The Doctor now being charismatic, now pull out the ultimate charm. "You look quite divine tonight~"
The lights now point towards the masked Derpy, she confused. As lights stare at each pony's reflectable jewelry. "Here among these vibrant light-" Derpy can only be suprised and silent.
The crowd began cheering, as this was so sweet. "Pure delight, surround us as we sail-"
"Signed, yours truly the whale"
Now everypony follow the song, "Joy, mirage's kingdom come-"
"No one left at stake~"
And they sing until the room was only a jag of noises, they all pop into reality once more. With all of that still in mind, now come the spicy part.
The room went silent with everypony still here, Doctor Whooves ask Derpy to came upwards. God, i cannot type this- "We have already spent so much time together, as i find out we need each other. So, will you marry me?"
Everypony gasped, including Stardust and Alterjack suprised by how smooth it went. Derpy put out a gasp of happiness, unable to process what happened. She snapped back, she will say it but-
"Ha ha ha HA ha ha haaaa~" A griffin appear from the lightsource, as Vey immediately went on Saintess mode but immediately hesitates.
"Wha- Vey?" Stardust confused, as she check her surroundings and found a massive amount of magic inside this building.
"Oh, you clever old hag. You always take the fun out of us!"
This is no longer just a joke, but a real threat. "No joking around, evacuate everypony!" The alternaits immediately put everypony outside the building, you think so?
The room began to repeat itself, over, over and over again. "They got us again!"
The griffin grin, as it laugh "Oh, all of my tricks are exploited and how do that multiversal all knowing didn't see this coming?" This was once again, the cleanest chaossification attempt the Harbinger have attempt.
Room start shuffling, the gravity on the room is random and the worst is Alterjack being locked behind bars of tungsten.
"Beware all ponies, a single magic disruption will make the place blow up. And consequently, all of you will DIE!" The harbinger laughing histerically, as the room shift to madness.
Vey cannot do anything as she was the most annoying out of all the ponies present, nobody notice The Doctor anywhere.
"Huh, that coot. Where is he?" The Griffin shuffle rooms and The Doctor is nowhere to be found, now Vey still cannot break the spell. Eyes present all across the spell's weakspot, preventing anypony from breaking the spell.
Now The harbinger check at Alterjack, she was nowhere behind the bars. "Dammit! He was the most annoying!"
Now the spell was broken, as magic no longer wrapped inside a wall. It makes a glass breaking sound upon breached, Vey instantly move to where The Harbinger was. The harbinger was trampled, pinned to the ground and bashed in the head so many times.
"You would never going anywhere, goat!" The Harbinger instinctively use a spatial magic, but failed.
Stardust went mad over this, she put herself on Nightmare moon choking pose and putting the Harbinger to stone. She put it down and bring it outside with everypony else, now Vey can be spotted in blood of The Harbinger.
"You are not Invincible." Vey notice them and ask Stardust to turn the harbinger to stone while she carry the goat Harbinger outside.
We moved on to the aftermath, it was devastating to see. "Is everypony safe?" The Doctor ask the last ponies who left the building, they confirm there was no ponies left inside. As Mane six and Cid present, now Cid was worried about Vey as she was basking in blood of The Harbinger.
She rush towards Vey, "I glad you got no scratch, i am grateful to see you in one piece."
This moment cool down, but Stardust lit this moment up once more by poke The Doctor. "Ow, o- Will you marry me?" The Doctor put out a bracelett to Derpy, which she gladly accept. And Everypony was celebrating this mostly by throwing their headwear upwards,
"Truly, wonderful and chaotic night ever."
