Chapter 84: Super Saiyan 6? It's Been a Long Time
At this moment, Trunks, wielding the Key Sword, was charging toward Mechikabura, unleashing the energy of the Light Force.

The clash of metal echoed as Mechikabura effortlessly blocked the Key Sword with just the tip of his fingernail. The Light Force appeared to have no effect on him whatsoever.

"Trunks!!" Vegeta yelled as he watched Trunks hurtling toward the ground, crashing into it with tremendous force, creating a deep crater upon impact.
Dust and smoke billowed from the impact site—it only took a single strike.
"You bastard..." Vegeta's eyes were bloodshot with rage as he charged toward Mechikabura.
Unconcerned with his opponents, Mechikabura examined the Key Sword in his hand. "I see now... it can't be destroyed?"
"What a troublesome item. It seems I can't let this remain in your hands!" Mechikabura declared as he hurled the Key Sword away.
"Bang!"
Vegeta, who had just reached Mechikabura, threw a punch, but with just a flick of his finger, Mechikabura sent him flying as well.
Like a bullet fired from a gun, Vegeta was flung backward. Lin Qi appeared in an instant.
Using Instant Transmission, Lin Qi caught Vegeta mid-air. In his Super Saiyan 5 form, Lin Qi also knocked out the berserk Broly along the way.
"Hey, hey... the battle's not over yet!" Goku exclaimed as he watched Broly collapse to the ground before his fists could even touch him.
Vegeta, snorting disdainfully, ignored both of them as he quickly flew toward the deep crater where Trunks had fallen.
"Mechikabura..." Lin Qi teleported again, reappearing in front of Mechikabura. Clenching his fists, he assumed a battle-ready stance.
As Lin Qi stood before him, Mechikabura's previously calm expression grew serious, his eyes flashing with sharp intent.
Lin Qi's body erupted with immense power, silver energy flames swirling around him. "I've waited long enough for this moment!"
"Hmph!" Mechikabura snorted derisively. "No one can defeat me!"
Without wasting more words, Lin Qi launched a punch at Mechikabura. "I've heard that line from too many people before!"
"Bang!"
A violent gale surged outward as Lin Qi's punch was blocked by Mechikabura.
Lin Qi was momentarily stunned. Wasn't this supposed to be just a battle against Trunks' Super Saiyan God level?
He had already unleashed three layers of his Super Saiyan 5 power—enough to annihilate Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta with a single strike!
Damn it, Dragon Ball's power scaling was breaking apart far too absurdly!
"How is this possible? Such power was blocked?" Gohan exclaimed in shock, shielding Pan from the raging winds.
Goten crossed his arms to reduce the impact of the gusts. "This is terrifying..."
"Do you want to become my subordinate?" Mechikabura withdrew his hand, glancing at his slightly trembling arm with a raised brow and a sly smile.
Lin Qi's foot moved.
With an upward kick aimed at Mechikabura, Lin Qi sneered, "I've heard that line before too..."
The kick struck Mechikabura, sending him flying into the rocky wall at the core of the battlefield, creating a massive hole.
"Crack."
As debris crumbled down, Mechikabura placed his hand against the cracked wall, his gaze icy as he glared at Lin Qi. "You... you're making me angry!"
"I'm not angry—I'm just excited!" Lin Qi grinned broadly, his expression alight with exhilaration as he suddenly vanished from sight.
When Lin Qi reappeared, his fist was already heading straight for Mechikabura's face.
"Ugh..." Caught off guard, Mechikabura let out a muffled grunt. Rising from the newly created hole, he summoned the power of darkness into his palm.
A massive wave of energy, brimming with endless dark power, shot toward Lin Qi. In response, Lin Qi gathered Destruction Energy in his own palm.
"Let's see..." Lin Qi smirked as the two forces collided.
The clash of energy tore through the atmosphere, generating continuous gusts of roaring winds.
In the end, Lin Qi's Destruction Energy proved superior.
Realizing he was at a disadvantage and seeing Lin Qi closing in again, Mechikabura hastily unleashed a defensive spell using the power of darkness.
"Dark Barrier!"
Lin Qi's fist struck the barrier, which merely trembled in response.
"Bang!"
Lin Qi threw another punch, but the barrier remained intact.
"Your magic... is rather impressive!" Lin Qi remarked with a grin. The energy surrounding him flared up violently, growing more intense.
The sheer force of his energy shook the entire battlefield. With a low growl, Lin Qi's power exploded outward, his aura radiating brilliant multicolored light.
"What... what kind of power is that?" Pan clung tightly to Gohan's leg, trying not to fall as the ground shook violently.
"This power... is he even human anymore?" Chronoa's eyes widened in disbelief at the scene before her.
"Tsk..." Vegeta clenched his fists tightly at his sides, his nails digging into his palms.
"Incredible... Is that another Saiyan transformation?" Goku, supporting the unconscious Broly, exclaimed in awe.
Lin Qi's power surged, shaking the entirety of the Demon Realm. Massive beams of light shot up from the ground into the sky.
At the center of the light pillars, Lin Qi hovered in mid-air, his orange hair flowing despite the absence of wind. With an indifferent gaze, he looked down at Mechikabura within the barrier.
"It's been a long time since I've used this form's power... Let's see if your magical defense can withstand pure strength!"
"Ha!"
In his Super Saiyan 6 form, Lin Qi unleashed a punch that shattered Mechikabura's barrier instantly.
The shockwave from the punch sent Mechikabura flying. Even the force of the wind was enough to throw him back.
Mechikabura fell from the core area. As the dust settled, he steadied himself, staring at Lin Qi in the sky with fear in his eyes.
"Damn it..." Wiping the blood from the corner of his mouth with the back of his hand, Mechikabura growled, "Demon God Summoning!"
On the battlefield below, various unconscious Demon Gods responded to Mechikabura's summons and appeared behind him.
"Just wait... I can become even stronger!" Mechikabura threatened.
