Standing up, Lorraine walked slowly to the other side of the table, her legs shaky as she stood before Asher. Her knees nearly gave out. With a trembling breath, she climbed onto his lap, one leg at a time. Her thighs pressed against his, her barely-covered breasts just inches from his face. The moment she settled on top of him, she gasped softly—feeling something poke against her backside. A tremble passed through her entire body as she realized exactly what that was
Trying to ignore it to ease the tension, she moved her hands slowly—one resting against his chest, the other brushing gently along his jaw. She was so close now she could smell the faint blend of his cologne and the alcohol they'd been drinking. Her cheeks burned. Her breath hitched.
