[Staten Island,Gotham Hospital: Scott's 1st POV]
{12:20}Waking up to unknown ceiling, is not that welcoming. I got beat up pretty bad and he was not even going all out. What were they talking about before I lost conscious. Oh, I'm in the hospital and this design seems familiar.
"Oh you're awake" someone is speaking to me and that voice sounds familiar. It's the Doctor from Gotham Hospital but how did I get here. Don't tell me those guys brought me here. Seems trouble follows me and I pretty sure my bones are broken. How did he know I learnt fighting from the video game? My guess is his eyes must be something or experience or maybe he's entire power is something
"I guess you're still confused of how you got here." The doctor says which I got lost in thought there thinking about other stuff but yeah, I'm confused. "Your sister brought you here"
My sister?sister? Oh he must be talking about Sarah. When you look at it, she does appear that. No stranger can carry or drag someone they don't know and alone at that. It doesn't feel bad to have a sister. Yeah, I should brought her home with me. I need a roommate.
"Kid, you seem to get in trouble. It hasn't even been a full day but you're back again" yeah, I got that. It's how I don't hate the people who shot me or that guy who beat me. Something must be wrong with me but what reason do I have to hate them.
1. They tried to kill me because I'm a hindrance to Julia or something. I mean yeah sure we get along well. Wait if I'm a hindrance to them, that means she keeps thinking about me. Oh, I'm probably dead to them and her.
2. I tried to protect someone I just met. I mean sure she's a kid and an odd one at that. Yeah sure, I help the kid to control her ability and if I haven't done that, I wouldn't fought Nerf.
So, if I haven't flirted with Julia or met her, they wouldn't have tried to kill me. If I hadn't help Sarah control, I wouldn't have fought Nerf.
'A woman can indirectly kill you' and now I understand they saying.
"So where is Sarah now?" I thought I'd see her around the room. "Your sister? She's in the lobby" I guess her ability is stable or controllable now. I mean, if you find out metal conduct electricity then you'll probably remember that. So, I guess she found out ho to stop her ability annd activate them like a switch. Her ability seems passive.
"Your body is remarkable. It heals faster that average people but it stills above average. It looks like you had a fight yesterday or 20-16 hours ago but in reality, it's only been 3 hours. I wonder why?"
So my body heals faster than average or so he say. "Could cold plunge be the cause?" I mean that is the only thing I can think about. I'm been doing it for 10-12 months now, once a week on Friday.
"Well it might but I advised not to do that anymore" huh, why is he saying that I should stop doing it "Why?" I wanna know why
"It may keep you in shape and all but it damages your tissue cells. It may improve heart rate, reduce inflammation and also improve your mood but it can cause hypothermia, muscle damage and probably damage your names. So I advise to stop using it" Damn, yeah I was planning stop it and that explores why my height never increased after I started using it.
"Or probably use it once in every 3-6 months. I advise you to stop using it because you're 16 years old." Ohh I forgot my birthday is near. 17 years old, man I'm getting old. "You're discharged. Don't forget to pay for your treatment and take the pain killers" I wonder if this hospital is a government facility or just owned by a bored rich person
"Thank you Doctor" I should probably leave and God damn it's painful. He packed a punched. My jacked is messed up but I ain't leaving it.
[3rd POV]
Scott got out of the hospital while wearing his jacket on his way out. He walked down the corridor of the ward and head towards the lobby.
When he got in the lobby, he looked around for Sarah and saw her looking at the TV which was playing some News.
It seems Sarah was probably bored and didn't know what to do, so she just watched whatever was shown on TV since the magazines that were put on the tables were not to her liking.
Sarah spot Scott coming towards her patched up. There is a band-aid above his blue right eye and some bandages are slightly visible near the neck. Scott stops in front of her and looked at her.
"Let's go grab some food. You must be hungry." He says to her
"Yeah. I'm hungry"
"And thanks for carrying me here"
"You're welcome."
Sarah walks side by side with Scott while they head to the reception. Scott paid for her treatment and it seems the doctor already brought his medicine to the reception so Scott won't have to go to the pharmacy ward/room to get them.
After he was done, they head towards that restaurant Scott ate at the morning, Delicious Golden restaurant.
When Scott arrive at the restaurant, the were few customers eating and they just grabbed the table. They grabbed the digital menu that was on the table and ordered they're meal.
[A/N: Digital Menu is placed in each table in a form of tablet. You don't need to call the waiter but placed your order there and the waiter/waitress would deliver the order]
While they were waiting for they're order, Scott began to think back before he fell unconscious.
"What happened after I fell unconscious?"
"Oh, the guy with the glasses ask me to join them."
"What did they say when they asked you?"
"Something about my power destroys and the world is broken or a lie, something like that. So they asked me to join them so I can destroy the world or fix the world."
"So they asked you something like that... Mhm"
"Yes that guy did but the Nerf just told the glasses to leave before he can finish talking."
"Oh, he did that. It seems you forgot his name"
"Yes... :("
"Well, Nerf is strong and probably stronger than anyone I know... He may look like a brute but he's sharp"
"That guy is smart. What about glasses?"
"Drift? Drift is smart. Probably smart that me or Mary. I think he's smarter than Mal Stryke."
"Mal Stryke? You mean the guy that invented Mind Machine."
"Yes that guy and it's called Artificial Consciousness. How do you know about that?"
"My dad wanted to buy it but turns out it's only used by the rich. He said it's expensive... REALLY EXPENSIVE"
"Yeah it is expensive."
While they were talking, they're order finally arrives and Scott asked the waiter if there's any transportation that can lead to Manhattan. The waiter was confused at first but complied and told Scott that there's a bus that'll arrive at 14:00, probably going to Manhattan.
[A/N: That was a dumb question but knowing more doesn't hurt]
They began to eat they're food and continue talking
"As I was saying, Drift might be smarter than Stryke."
"What makes you say that?"
"I don't know but I feel like he it"
"Is it because he didn't say they're real names or is it because he's Asian?"
"First of all, that's racist. Second of all, I would've said a fake name too"
"But you did say a fake name. Are you even Scott Solving"
"Do you have problems of remembering things? I said Scott Sullivan. Sol-La-Ven. Scott is my name not Sullivan."
"The why did he say you lied"
"I don't know but they knew I was testing them"
"What?"
"Forget it but he was lying"
"Lying about what?"
"Destroying the world"
"What makes you think he was lying about that?"
"I don't know but I didn't feel anything from him"
"You're making no sense"
"I don't understand it myself"
"????"
After Scott and Sarah were done eating, they headed to the bus stop which is 10 minutes before the bus arrives.
The bus arrived and they got on. They showed they're tickets which they bought at the convenience store near the bus stop and they took they're sits.
The bus driver drove the bus after he was done loading or picking up people. When the bus was on the road, Scott started a conversation with Sarah.
"So Sarah, where you from?"
"Auburn"
"So you're from Canada"
A person in the front seat of them, just turned his in a confused state to stare at Scott and Sarah did the same.
"What? Oh, you're from Australia"
The man and Sarah just stare at Scott in a confused state.
"No. Auburn in New York" Sarah said to Scott and the man in the front seat just minded his business afterwards
"You should've said so"
"Is there Auburn in Canada or Australia?"
"I don't know. It's a first time I heard the name"
"But why didn't you think of Los Angeles or Toronto"
"I don't know"
"You're weird"
While they were talking, the was a certain middle aged man standing in the middle of the bus. He was wearing a dark black suit, dark red tie with a white T-shirt. He has a goatee and unusually smile.
"Interesting" he said while staring at Scott and Scott heard him
"Excuse sir, are you talking to me?" Scott asked the man
"You one of his" he says
"One of who? Do you know my dad?" Scott asked in a rather confused state
"You don't even know"
"Am I supposed to know something?"
"He doesn't even want to interfere"
"Who are you talking about Mister?"
"You even have all the ambitions"
"Ambitions of what?"
"Maybe that's why you got picked"
"Picked by who? I don't understand"
"What is he planning?"
"Who is planning what? Who are you Mister?"
"Oh, where are my manners? I'm called 『Mephisto』"
"Oh, then my name is...."
Before Scott could finish speaking, Sarah interrupted him.
"Who are you talking to?" Sarah asked while looking around
"I'm talking to this guy on the bus and his name is Mephisto" Scott said while point besides him
"There's no one there"
"What? He is right he.... He was right here" Scott looked besides him and saw no one there
"Okay. Let me mind my business" Sarah said as she stare outside the window
'I'm sure he was right there' Scott thought to himself while looking confused. Scott suddenly remembers something but shrugs it off
Something happens when the bus was at the toll road bridge, the was flashes of movement. Everyone on the bus looks outside the window but all they can see are flashes.

Suddenly, someone crushed at near Sarah window and everyone on the bus saw that, including Scott. People or passengers started to speak about what happened.
"That was [Fast], right?"
"It was [Blur], I couldn't see anything"
"Yeah, it was [Fast] and [Blur] too."
"I heard a rumour that [Blur] is faster than [Fast]"
"You're lying. I heard one that says [Fast] is not using all his speed"
"I heard that too but it is [Blur] who's holding back"
They kept talking about what just happened and Sarah couldn't understand what they were talking about. Sarah turned to Scott to ask him about what they're talking about.
"Scott, what are they talking about?" Sarah asked
"They're talking about [Fast] and [Blur]"
"I hear that. What just happened was fast and blurry too, I agree"
"No, it's [Fast] and [Blur]"
"That was just what I said, fast and blur"
"They're people and not verbs"
"What? Who the hell name them that?"
"People. Media probably"
After the small conversation they had, the bus was going on smoothly without trouble. It reaches toll road turnel without a trouble and passes it.

The bus stopped at the West St and everyone got out. When Sarah and Scott got out, Scott let out a sigh and looked North. He said while looking straight
"I'm home"
