"Kaelos..." I called out wearily, glancing back into the room as I held the black feather between my fingers. "Kaelos, come see this."
There was no answer in the room for a few seconds before I heard the bathroom door close, followed by some incoming footsteps.
"Odessa, it's getting late. Don't you want to come snuggle in bed with me?" Kaelos said with a teasing voice.
When I finally saw him, I nearly forgot about everything else.
He wore nothing but a dark red bathing robe now, with the buttons undone all the way to the bottom. And underneath it? He was naked.
My gaze trailed from his chiselled chest and the water dripping down to his abs, and then his cleanly shaved little soldier that seemed to dangle in invitation.
My face heated up with a blush as I swallowed hard before looking away.
"We could, uh... Do that later." I coughed, blowing out a breath through my mouth. "But you have to see this. I don't think it's a coincidence."
