3rd Person POV -
After sending the message to the King of Ttyl'sart, all the people were in an awkward silence. No one knows what to say and how to say and in the end it was Yakasha who was the one to speak.
She said in her charming voice,'' So now that we have discussed the things tell me something- Why did you truly attacked on Ttyl'sart? ''
Lilandra said,'' Although I am sure that you know I have lied about the reason but I can't tell you the truth. Because this matter is only known to the upper class people in Shi'ar empire that means this information is quite important for our peoples.
But tell me why do you want to bring this planet under your empire? What is the reason?''
Yakasha chuckled and said,'' You do not give us your reason but wanted to know ours. Information gathering isn't it? I like it. So I will tell you.
But sorry to burst your bubble we have never planned to bring this planet under our protection. Actually it is the other way around. These people choose to surrender and come under our protection. ''
Lilandra was quite surprised after hearing this. Although she did get the information of surrender but she thought that these people were either threatened or forced to join. So she asked,''Willingly? ''
Yakasha answered, ''Willingly.''
She again asked,'' Without any pressure?''
Yakasha answered, ''Without any pressure. ''
Lilarndra still had doubts so she looked at Frejya for confirmation. When she saw Frejya nodding her head all the doubts from her heart disappear. So she thought back to all the things that she knew about Vanaheim and then she remembered the rules of the Perseus.
And finally she understand why this planet was ready to willingly let go of it's freedom and to become the part of the Vanaheim Kingdom. I mean they do not take away your resources, they do not steal your knowledge and neither they interfere in the eternal dealings of the Conquered planet.
They just provide you with there protection and even help you in further developing the technologies. They help you in increasing the trade between planets, especially the planets that come under there protection. Well this is an over all benifit situations after becoming the part of Vanaheim you get protection, progress and money all the things. It is the best deal they can hope for.
She was in the middle of her thinking when a ship approach this planet. The one who came out were MEERAN - The King Of Tryl'sart. And some of his royal guard.
Not many things are known about the species of people who live on the planet Tryl'sart. The things that are known about them are very simple. Like they are called Mephisoids. Like they are very very peaceful race. They hate war and had a very small number of peoples in there armies. But the most important thing about them is that they all possess very high intelligence. So high that the technology developed by them is even ahead of the technology in Shi'ar in some ways.
The King of Mephisoids came in front of Frejya and knelt in front of her. He said, ''My Queen we came as soon as we got the news that you called.''
Frejya said, ''Thank you and sorry for your inconvenience. You can rise.'' After that Meeran stood up. Then she said,''These peoples are from the empire of Shi'ar. This women is the sister of the current Majestor of Shi'ar and the rest are her protection guard. ''
Then she gestured towards the man and said, '' As you have already guessed this is the King of planet Tryl'sart. His name is Meeran and the rest are his guards.''
Then she narrated the entire things that were discussed before and then said,'' And now they want to establish a trade relation with your planet. And since this decision is related to your planet we thought to let you decide what to do now?''
Meeran was silent for a long time. Then he asked Frejya, ''If my decision is against the things that you favor or if it causes any war, will you and Vanaheim take your protection away from us?''
Frejya said,''You need not worry about this things, when we gave you our protection that means you are one of us. There is no chance we will take our protection away unless you break the rule or you do something truly evil. So be free and take your decision. We are with you. ''
After these two sentences everyone who was there in the hearing range knew the decision of the King Meeran. Of course Lilandra also knew it. She also came to the conclusion that NOW WAR IS INEVITABLE.
Then King Meeran turned towards Lilandra and said,'' From last some weak I have noticed many things. Like the changing number of Ships in the atmosphere and some different kinds of people in our Kingdom.
When I found it out I send my moat loyal peoples to investigate what is happening around us? Who are these peoples and it was not difficult to find all the information needed to get the result with our technology.
And when I found out that it was your people I knew you were planning something big... Like war.
And I was quite aware of the fact that the end result of this war will not be in our favour. I knew that our peaceful behavior will bring us into disadvantage. And then I thought about the Vanaheim. I have been investigating the expansion of Vanaheim from quite sometime and I made the decision to become the part of it.
Because I knew that if I did not then my entire race would have been either died or enslaved. So I think even you know my answer for your this question but I will still say it.
No there will not be any kind of relationship between us.''
Lilandra did not say much but asked,'' is this your last answer?''
Meeran said,'' Yes. I am certain of it.''
Then without a word Lilandra spun on her heels and went towards her ship. She did not said a word after that and left.
Meeran turned towards Frejya and said,'' I am sorry. I bought you into this. ''
Frejya shook her head and said,'' It is not your fault. Every good King wants only the best for there peoples. Now Go and leave the rest to us.''
