It has been long since the last time I stayed awake for all the morning classes. However, none of the lecturers' voices have been filling my mind, until Mr Llevric enters.
"Good morning, class." it lifts my concern when I see his face less ghastly from earlier. Instead, he looks as charming as usual.
Meanwhile, out of expectations, before the students are prepared, Mr Llevric retrieves a stack of printed papers and begins to distribute them among the seats, "Before the class starts, I have a little surprise for you."
Soon, several voices of disbelief begin to spread across the classes…
"A quiz?"
"An unannounced one?"
"I wasn't informed to prepare for it!"
"Mr Llevric, indeed surprising. I love his way."
"Not when you feel how momentous it is to start a new day off, trust me, especially when they come back to us, marked."
