"Stop it!" She blushes, as she tries to pull back her hand from his, but his hold was too tight.
A chuckle erupts on his face, when he sees her bumpy reaction. He removes his mitten and swiftly helps her wear it, then does the same for her other hand, before letting her go.
Eleanore quickly embraced her two cold hands that were slowly absorbing the warmth of the mittens that belonged to him. Hugging them, as if she was going to lose that palm he kissed, forever.
"Eleanore, marry me." He says out of nowhere, his hands were in his pocket as he said that. Maybe he was cold so found the thick fabric of his pants the most warm part of his clothes.
"Mommy is that a proposal?" A little kid passing by them asks, attracting the attention of most of the crowd which didn't care what they were doing at first.
Eleanore's heart races on hearing that but she holds it together and doesn't let it slip.
