In the arena, five platforms were set up.
This tournament had as many as five hundred contestants, divided perfectly into five groups. Each group would determine the top 25, and through the knockout and bye rounds, the group champions for each platform would be decided.
The final group champions from the five platforms would then face off to determine the grand champion.
In the center of the arena, a tall tower stood, and the host, standing atop it, gave a brief opening remark and went straight to the point.
"I announce, the start of this National Elite Exchange Competition!"
As soon as the words fell, an elderly figure stepped out from the shadow of the tower, accompanied by a powerful aura sweeping across the venue.
It was an old man in a black satin robe, with white hair and beard, and a cold face.
