Silas's POV
"Look at you, talking like... it's up to you how to get pregnant. Listen, Silas, it's up to your mate. If they want you to be pregnant, then they will make you. If they don't, they won't make you."
I couldn't believe my ears! Like, what is he saying now? Is he the same brother with whom I have grown up and he has changed after I got married? Or is he someone else? Because how can he say something like this? Of course it's totally up to me if I want to get pregnant or not. It's not on my mate.
"Hey, idiot. It's not up to them. It's up to me, and I have decided that we are not having a second child. Simple. One is enough for us."
Orian was looking at me with side eyes like he was judging me, but I don't care even if he judges me. Because he doesn't know how that pain really is, which I have gone through. So I don't care what he thinks about me.
