After hitting the gym and taking a bath, I decided to head to my secret room underground.
The desire to mount my bike and head out spiralled inside me, but the fucking storm had me stranded.
It was going to last another day or two, with howling winds and more snow coming in. Olphi and others had been toiling hard to keep the gardens and road outside clear of the snow.
I busied myself with making a video, but didn't upload it.
Anything to keep my mind distracted and not spiral towards her. The self-control was on the edge, and I wasn't sure how long I could restrain myself.
Deciding to do it later after properly editing it, I exited the secret room and headed to the kitchen to drink my protein shake.
To my surprise, Arata was already there, filling the jug with water. She didn't glance at me while I extracted the bottle from the fridge and began to drink the liquid.
