It was a fantastic exoskeleton. She turned to find both Sakura and Gen staring at her. She smiled and shrugged in just the most dismissive of ways.

The deadpan eye roll she got from Sakura made perfect sense. The matching eyeroll she got from Gen was effing bullshit! Gen did not know her like that!
"I see that face Sakura. I'm with the general. I am blind and I don't see him."
"Sure." Gen muttered.
Sakura smacked her.
At that moment, Eric's spine suddenly stiffened and he turned.
All three of them ducked suddenly. Kate ensure if she'd started the move or if it had been one of the others.

Sakura asked.
"Don't know."
Gen replied inside of the private network.
"We look like fan girls."
Kate complained.

Sakura said.

"Yep, if he's a tree, then the Nature boys are a philosophy forest."

"Oi, mates!" came a new voice, but from the outside. "What we doin'?"
It was Roscow who huddled with them and behind him was Eric in the corner, leaning against the wall.

Eric said in their minds.
The girls stood up awkwardly.
"Sakura, I want ya te know that's not the first time ya'll 'ave done this."
Eric said.
"I know. It's a natural reaction."

He said waving away the upcoming compliment.
"Whatchall doin here?"
He asked.
"Chariots. You?"
Sakura asked.
"Deliveries."
"Dad or school?"
"School. Anyway not meant to linger here."
Kate suddenly jumped in.
"You're not going to watch us chariot? Whatever that means."
Eric turned.
"Tha thang in yor mind? Et's exactlay that."
He said with a laugh.
What Kate pictured was a nightmare stage involving gladiators.
