It took them a few minutes to arrive at the city, and to his surprise, the guards didn't even bat an eye at their appearance, almost like their presence was welcomed, even if they were suspicious.
Nonetheless, it seemed like Elena knew a bit more about this place than he did.
"This is the Floating City of Alyon, I think," she commented. "It moves around the world with no end in sight. I guess it just happened to stop here. We're really lucky."
"Do people actually live in this place?" Neraxis asked, glancing around and noticing their particularly well-kept appearances. "I mean... isn't it limiting to be living on something like this?"
"Not at all." Elena shook her head. "If anything, I believe their freedom is heightened because they can leave whenever they want. The civilians have these weird tickets where, if they rip them apart, they are able to teleport back to this place."
Neraxis raised a brow. This is pretty advanced.
