The creation of the Troitsky Administrative District was to alleviate the increasing population pressure in Moscow, and to assist the old districts in infrastructure transformation to relocate the population to the outskirts.
Because this place is a bit distant from the traditional administrative districts, the population is not yet dense, but with modern infrastructure catching up, it has attracted some investments to establish factories and the like here.
