After the initial outbreak of the war, it was sad to say that progress had significantly slowed.
The Crimson Sun Empire had managed to seize most of the abandoned territory once belonging to the Draconian Empire, but their advance had since stalled.
Instead of claiming empty, deserted land, they now faced enemy soldiers—standing firm, ready to resist with everything they had. And the fact that they were defending their homes and loved ones filled them with determination, even if it meant risking their lives to take down as many enemies as possible before their end.
That didn't mean they couldn't progress further in the empire, it just proved to be much tougher than before.
Making use of the fact that their enemy was fighting two empires at the same time, the Crimson Sun forces would combine into a single force and attacked with all their might, targeting a single city.
