The Dragon God and the Celestial God looked over.
Yamiru forced a smile. "Although I can mostly understand, I think it's more polite to formally ask this esteemed one for her name. What do you think?"
"Ah, you're right," the old Dragon God nodded casually. "Her name is Bartender, ruler of the Celestial Realm, so you can also call her the Celestial God."
The Celestial God shot a dissatisfied glare at the Dragon God before turning to Yamiru with an imposing presence. "Mortal, do not be disrespectful. Address me as the Supreme Celestial God". She scrutinized him and suddenly frowned. "Hmm? Why is it that I cannot see your name?"
For the first time, the Celestial God examined Yamiru closely and was immediately astonished. In a flash, she appeared before him, staring intently.
"Haha," the old Dragon God chuckled from behind. "Got humbled, huh, old hag?"
Yamiru was stunned by how close the Celestial God's flawless form was to him. He had never imagined that the beauty and sanctity of a body could reach such a level.
"Strange… It's not just your name—I can't see anything about your identity or origin either."
The Celestial God's gaze seemed to pierce through Yamiru entirely, yet she remained perplexed. She could not see into his soul, only reading some of his more active surface thoughts. A smirk formed at the corner of her lips as she teasingly remarked, "Oh, little one, are you fantasizing about me? Heh… Interesting. But what's even more interesting is that, even in this situation, your thoughts are more focused on a girl named Tights… Hmm… a human girl from Earth?"
Yamiru took a deep breath and cleared his mind of distractions.
"How boring." The Celestial God saw nothing more and pouted before vanishing, reappearing beside the Dragon God without a sound. From beginning to end, she showed no reaction to Yamiru's involuntary fantasies. If an ant were to have instinctive fantasies about me, would I be angered? Yamiru chuckled self-deprecatingly in his mind.
"So, why did you bring him here?" the Celestial God asked, arms crossed. She didn't believe for a second that anyone from the Greater Realm could enter this old man's domain on their own. Even the dragons of the Greater Realm had long since lost their way back to their homeland, let alone a mortal like Yamiru, who clearly had no connection to dragonkind.
The old Dragon God chuckled and explained Yamiru's plan to create a "Spiritual Realm".
"Encompassing the entire Greater Realm?" The Celestial God raised an eyebrow mockingly. "To think he even knows about the concept of the Greater Realm… Looks like the last time Zalama blabbered, his audience was this kid, huh?"
"This kid is quite interesting, don't you think?" The old Dragon God laughed. "And what he's trying to do this time reminds me of an old friend…"
The Celestial God smirked. "Comparing him to All God? You sure think highly of him. But… this kid is indeed bold. His wild imagination aside, the fact that he actually managed to pull it off…"
She beckoned, and Yamiru, who had no idea how to insert himself into this conversation between two supreme beings, was instantly pulled before them.
With a mere flick of her palm, Yamiru found himself suspended in midair. There was no discomfort, but he had no control over his body.
"You actually dared to absorb the impurities of my Celestial Realm to enhance your combat ability?" The Celestial God's slender fingers twitched, and dark golden mist drifted out from Yamiru's body, wrapping around her fingertips.
Yamiru was shocked. "This is… the Netherworld Miasma! I didn't expect there to still be remnants inside me!?"
The old Dragon God nodded in agreement. "Indeed, he's bold—but isn't it quite fascinating? There are planets and small spaces in the Greater Realm that contain the impurities of your Celestial Realm, but anyone who absorbs them invariably falls and becomes a demon. Yet this kid can take them in… and then expel them. Isn't that interesting?"
"I don't find it interesting at all," the Celestial God snorted. "A denizen of the Greater Realm using my Celestial Realm's power in such a way? Though I don't yet understand how you're expelling these impurities, I advise you not to try it again."
Yamiru watched in astonishment as the Celestial God returned the extracted Netherworld Miasma right back into his body.
Noticing his dumbfounded expression, she laughed in irritation. "What? Did you actually expect me, the Supreme Celestial God, to kindly remove these things for you? You've got some nerve!"
With a light tap of her finger, Yamiru was sent back to his original position.
"A small amount of impurity like this won't affect you. Just keep it as a lesson." The Celestial God spoke indifferently before spreading her six wings and soaring into the sky. She frowned and muttered to herself, "The reason I can't see through him… seems to be in his eyes…"
As she pondered, her figure vanished from the Dragon Realm.
At the same time, in the layered star rings of the Dragon Realm, a handful of highly skilled dragons sensed the oppressive presence lifting and sighed in relief.
"The terrifying one is finally gone!" They clapped their claws in celebration.
Yamiru, however, stood in place, deep in thought.
The fact that even the Celestial God could not see through his inner self and that he could expel the Netherworld Miasma—referred to by both the Celestial and Dragon Gods as the "impurities of the Celestial Realm"—was undoubtedly thanks to the Golden Veil.
These eyes...
As Yamiru was deep in thought, he heard the Dragon God pacing toward him, sighing, "I, the All God, and that Celestial God just now were the first three beings to be born in this world..."
The old man chuckled. "We've probably known each other longer than anyone else in existence… Most beings in the Greater Realm are obsessed with so-called power. Alright, maybe you have similar thoughts. But at the very least, you've come up with an interesting idea—creating a world? I think interesting people are worth paying attention to. Unlike that stingy old hag, I'm willing to make an exception and help you realize your vision."
Yamiru listened intently.
"This Greater Realm has been dull for too long… Let's make it a bit more interesting, kid," the Dragon God said kindly. "I did let a few things slip in front of the Celestial God today—things you weren't supposed to know—but don't take that as some kind of expectation weighing on you. That's not the case. I've waited long enough that I no longer place my hopes on a single being. Just be yourself… Perhaps something interesting will happen. Just keep going. Even if you gain nothing in the end, it doesn't matter. Just stay interesting."
Yamiru was genuinely moved. He realized that this seemingly carefree old Dragon God actually had a mind that encompassed... Well, something far beyond Yamiru's understanding. Was this what it meant to have a cosmic perspective? He couldn't help but wonder.
"But—" The Dragon God suddenly changed the subject. "I can help you create the Spiritual Realm, but some things need to be adjusted. You're asking for too much authority."
"Hm?" Yamiru immediately perked up. Trying to restrict his access? "What's unreasonable about it? I think it's all within a reasonable scope..."
Snap!
The Dragon God snapped his fingers.
Yamiru was stunned as he looked around—their surroundings had completely changed.
"No rush. Bringing you here was part of the plan," the Dragon God said casually. With a flick of his hand, he suddenly held a stack of documents—Yamiru and Tights' compiled 'Spiritual Realm Plan'. The old man grinned mischievously and chuckled, "This is the Spiritual Realm. Let's take our time to discuss it properly. If we sort everything out, you might even be able to return to Earth in the Greater Realm directly from here."
