"What did you think of the Constables and the Aurors?" the Commander asked. "It was a bad situation, sir. It was a good thing I was on the call with 999. I identified myself to them as the Constables came in, stating I was on the call with 999. That stayed their hand. The Aurors, however are undisciplined, overeager and most of them appear to be just plain idiots, sir. They came into the residence, saw me and fired red spells at me. I told them to stand down or I would shoot. They shot some more red spells at me so I shot one through the shoulder as a warning. At my third warning, they stopped firing spells."
"How did you avoid the spells hitting you?" asked the General. "I dodged, sir." Evan replied. Both the Commander and General chuckled at that. "The Sensai at martial arts class had me dodging golf balls. They really hurt when they make contact, but only generate bruises when you mess up." Evan continued.
"Nice diversion with Madam Bones, by the way" the Commander said. The General quirked an eyebrow. "Madam Bones asked the Midshipman if he could do magic. The Midshipman stated emphatically that he loved to perform magic, and then performed a well-executed card trick. His showmanship embarrassed both Madam Bones and me, but derailed her line of thinking. Well Done, Midshipman."
"Thank you sir. I just get this …..feeling that it would be a very bad idea to have the….wizarding world you called it?...know about me and my abilities sir." Evan replied. "Very well Midshipman. Continue with your day. If we need anything when we talk with the PM we will contact you." The Commander said, and then disconnected the line.
The Sensai had heard some of the conversation and asked Evan about what happened. He, again, summarized the attack and his defense. Sensai then recommended they include use of Shuriken to the list of tactics for Evan to learn.

December 21, 1995, 10:00am, Ministry of Magic - Of the 20 Death Eaters caught by Evan Fenix, only 5 made it back to Saint Mungo's alive. The others bled out while waiting to be transported. They could not be treated at the scene due to all the muggles and muggle police that were there. Of these five, only one was expected to live the next hour. The healers had no idea what was going on. They could treat the cuts and bruises, but they were still bleeding out.
The Minister of Magic was once again apoplectic! "How could you let this happen?" he yelled at Madam Bones. "How did I let this happen? Me? Did I send these idiots to the Granger residence? No. They attacked her home, her family." Madam Bones replied. "You must arrest them for murder!" Minister Fudge shouted. "Murder? Surely you jest Minister! What do you think they were doing at Miss Granger's residence? Shopping? And if they were there for more nefarious reasons, how does self-defense translate into murder?" Madam Bones asked. "We MUST be seen to be doing something! Muggles can't just kill wizards with impunity!" Minister Fudge responded.
"Tell me Minister, will you judge Wizards the same way? Will you say that wizards can't kill muggles with impunity?" "The muggles must know their place!" Minister Fudge said. "And here we come to the problem, Minister. As you recall, the Prime Minister warned us last time that he would not accept any more attempts at terrorism or murder of muggles by wizards." Madam Bones stated. The Minister scoffed. "What can they do? We can control their government. Wipe their memories. We could…" "Minister! You would violate our own laws as well as the ICW laws! How does that make you any better than the Death Eaters?" she asked. "Ther S!" he yelled. Madam Bones threw up her hands, walking to the exit. "You are in denial Minister.", then she left. The Minister was trying to understand why Madam Bones was saying he was in Egypt when it was clear they were in London!
