"I just called him out, though im sure you've already seen our discussion have you not?" Arthur replied as he turned to face the pixie-like vampire.
"I did however hearing it from you is better," Alice responded with a soft smile on her face, her lips only slightly climbing up.
*Sigh*
Releasing a soft sigh, Arthur gave a shallow nod before continuing to describe exactly what had happened during the drive to the mansion.
The rest of the Cullens seemed pretty interested as well and Arthur could notice their eyes and heads directly slightly in their direction.
As he was about to finish the description of the events, Rosalie Hale interrupted him.
"He's right Arthur, you're too different from Bella for you to call it him having double standards."
Arthur turned towards Rosalie and tilted his head slightly, giving her a questioning look.
"And how am I so different Rosalie?"
"Are you actually asking me that?" Rosalie instead gave him a question of her own in response to releasing a frustrated huff.
"You have senses that are clearly above human, you're mental prowess to just deal with everything thrown your way and not bat an eye isn't very human either, unless one's a psychopath, and that's just the start, Arthur. You managed to survive a frankly inhumane situation for years on end as a child. You've never even lived as a human to begin with." Rosalie said in turn.
"Is that so? But what if I wanted to live as a human? I had the choice to go through that route and I would have succeeded even more easily than Bella ever could." Arthur said in reply to the woman.
Her eyes slightly scrunched together, clearly showing her dissatisfaction.
"You know that you're different Arthur, you can't expect someone like Bella to be able to bear things that you find completely normal."
For a moment silence engulfed the entire room, the only sound being Arthur's breathing.
It was only a few moments later that Arthur gave a shallow nod.
"I guess that's true, however, Edward should stick to one option then, though if this mate thing affects him as much as it does Alice then it is already a done deal, it's like trying to stop an unstoppable tsunami, and from how he's acting, he's simply going to make things harder to Bella by acting irrationally. At the same time, the difference between her and me, which is more important, is that she feels the bond." Arthur replied as he got up from his seat, having already finished his meal.
Turning toward Esme, he gave a nod.
"Thank you for the food, it was delicious."
"Im glad." The woman replied with a smile on her face.
It was at this moment that he heard the sound of a car pulling into the driveway.
"Seem's like Carlisle is home, I'll go ask him if we can get those tests started. Im quite curious about the results." Arthur said as he started walking towards the front door. Alice followed behind him almost like a lost puppy once more.
"Alice…" Arthur said before releasing a soft sigh and muttering under his breath.
"Never mind, It's not going to happen even if I ask."
Alice's smile seemed to brighten as she replied in a mischievous tone.
"I'm glad that you're already getting the hang of it."
"Sure, sure."
With those words, Arthur and Alice arrived on the front porch just in time to see Carlisle getting out of his car.

The man turned towards the two and raised an eyebrow before releasing a slight chuckle.
"It seems like you're quite excited about this as well Arthur."
"That's right doctor," Arthur replied in a tone that made it seem like he was in fact the complete opposite of excited and curious.
Carlisle gave a slight nod before taking his bag with him and walking towards the house.
"I procured some vials which we will fill with your blood to do some testing to see if your blood structure is any different from a regular human's, besides that we will also be doing an x-ray scan to see if your skeletal construct is different. Of course, testing the extent of your physical capabilities is on the list as well."
Arthur gave a nod before asking.
"Where will you be taking my blood? As in in what location will the process happen I'm not very excited to see Alice go completely feral and turn me into a vampire quite so soon if ever." Arthur said in turn.
"We will take the blood here as we can't really do it in the forest, that would be quite a bit too unhygienic, this means that the others will have to go away for a few days until the smell of your blood fades away completely," Carlisle replied as he headed inside the mansion, Arthur and Alice following behind him.
After greeting the rest of his family, Carlisle motioned for Arthur to follow him as he headed upstairs toward his office.
Walking inside, Carlisle walked towards the left wall and quickly pressed a few buttons on a device of sorts.
This in turn unlocked a hidden door of sorts that led into another part of his office.
Alice already headed inside, Arthur following behind her whilst Carlisle walked behind him.
The inside of the room was almost completely white with the only contrast being the slight shades of gray that some machines were colored with and the shadows that these machines left after being shined upon by a completely colorless light.
The smell similarly was quite intense, at least for Arthur.
It was a similar smell that one would notice when inside of a hospital however it seemed to have been intensified multiplefold.
"You certainly could open up an entire hospital with all these machines doctor."
"I like to stay on top of the medical field," Carlisle replied with a soft smile as he motioned for Arthur to walk towards a certain machine.
"Let's first get started with the x-ray of your body."
