The sound stopped on its own soon enough though. Well, maybe not exactly 'on its own'. It was Lane who summoned Damien's phone with his telekinesis ability and turned it off, without even so much as lifting his head from Damien's chest.
It took Damien a moment to understand what was going on, his head still heavy with sleep. Right, last night, following the destruction of his bed, Lane brought him here. And despite his reservations against accepting such an expensive 'gift', Damien finally conceded - at least for the time being - and agreed to move to this 'spare' apartment.
