Bart's face saddened. His excitement was sapped as soon as he realized that he wouldn't be able to give his wife the experience of dining with the famous Pyramidic Cuisine. The chance for them to rekindle their love was not meant to be.
"I'm sorry! I lack the skills!" Castelle apologized, kneeling down on the ground.
Bart immediately tried to hide his disappointment. "Hey, it's okay. It's not your fault," he assured her. "The Pyramidic Cuisine had always been reserved only for the elite of the elites. Even my influence as a Vanderbit is not enough to guarantee me a spot in one of their restaurants. My brothers, sisters, and my grandfathers would have been able to, but not me."
He was always the runt of the family. After all, he was the youngest out of all of them and didn't have the same talent in business as others. That was why he was only assigned the Vanderbilt business in the Kings region.
