Shinichi Nakamura had just stepped out when he saw Changwei beating up Ralf...no, it was his deputy, Kato Noboru, beating up a slender young man.
"Stop!" he immediately stepped forward and shouted loudly.
Kato Noboru, nearly forty years old, had neatly combed hair, a sturdy figure, and was dressed in a black down jacket. Hearing the shout, he glanced back, frowned, and ignored it, focusing again on kicking the curled-up, slender youth on the ground.

Ikeda Hao quickly stepped forward to block Kato Noboru. "Assistant Chief, this is Detective Nakamura."
Kato Noboru hesitated for a moment, then shoved Ikeda Hao aside and fiercely kicked the youth on the ground again before he stopped and turned to look at Shinichi Nakamura.
