The boy examined the autograph carefully before letting out a resigned sigh after a long pause.
"Is there a problem?" Takasaka asked, somewhat nervously.
It wasn't because the boy was handsome. She was just afraid her handwriting might disappoint a fan.
"No, no problem," he replied and then fell into a hesitation, seeming to have something he wanted to say.
"Just say what you're thinking!" Chisako laughed, "As the best friend of a future world-class trumpeter, I'll agree to your request on her behalf."
"Chisako!" Takasaka tugged at Chisako's clothes, both dissatisfied and embarrassed.
"This matter, um, it's kind of embarrassing to say, actually I..."
"Why did you come here?"
The boy's hesitant words were cut short by a crisp and pleasant voice that interrupted him.
Chisako's gaze shifted and only then did she notice that, at some point, a similarly handsome youth had approached them.
All eyes backstage were now focused on them, with the girls blushing even more.
