In an instant, he appeared before Emeris, his claws lashing downward with force enough to drown the world in destruction.
Yet, Emeris didn't even look at it.
His hand moved to his face, fingers snapping together before he whispered:
"Aethereumalis Forbidden."
The word resonated at a frequency that instantly shattered the space around them, bending light and sound.
Ryuk felt the air solidify, as if reality itself was holding its breath.
Time stretched thinner than an infinite landscape.
