Time flies, and in the blink of an eye, another half month has passed.
During this period, the construction of the lunar base was more than half completed.
With the combined efforts of the world and various supports, along with the foundation laid by the Skrulls, the base was already well-established. Later taken over by the Men in Black, the entire moon had nearly been transformed into a fortress.
It worth mentioning that after the Wakandans began interacting with the world, they were surprised to find that the technological level of Earth itself was not as backward as they had thought.
Wakanda, though technologically advanced, is still a small place.

These technologies, although not as refined as those of Wakanda, could perhaps match Wakandan weapons in terms of power.
Moreover, the countries of the World Security Council had already made contact with alien civilizations before Wakanda.
Apart from themselves, no one knew how much information, resources, and technology they had gained from these alien civilizations that had once migrated to Earth and later hastily fled under the threat of Thanos forces.
At least, Anton, through the Men in Black, was very clear that each country actually had its own alien affairs office.
The Men in Black were nominally the headquarters for these alien offices, but they really had no way to control these semi-independent branches.
The Men in Black could only manage the American region their influence in the European region was continually waning.
The only unique organization on Earth was the Justice League.
And not because of Batman.
But because of Superman.
Although Batman was well-known, his influence on people and the nations of the World Security Council had gradually been marginalized.
The most anticipated superhero was actually Superman.
After the news of Thanos forces preparing to wage war on Earth spread, countries accessed the alien network through various channels, learning much universal knowledge.
Their understanding of major cosmic forces, Thanos forces, the Kree Empire, and so forth, had reached the average level of the universe.
Speaking of these two forces inevitably involved one person.
That was Superman.
In the knowhere, Superman alone swept through the Kree Empire fleet, leaving only the flagship and a few battered small ships to return to the Kree Empire, which infuriated the Kree Empire but they had yet to take any special action against Superman.
Additionally, the incident on Sakaar also fermented on the interstellar network.
Sakaar was not a famous planet in the universe, although it had a certain reputation as a cosmic dumping ground, albeit a notorious one. Generally, who would care about a dumping ground?
It was mainly because of a piece of news.
In this incident, three of the four members of Thanos Black Order were killed on Sakaar, and only Corvus Glaive seemed to have been deliberately let go by Superman.
This news once again sent shockwaves through the interstellar network.
Thanos, the cosmic overlord and a Titan, was infuriated by this and planned to launch an attack on Superman homeland, Earth.
When Earth saw this message on the interstellar network, they were extremely annoyed.
It turned out that this trouble was actually caused by the Justice League.
At the meeting convened by the World Security Council, Anton received criticism from various countries, almost being labeled a traitor to humanity.
Even the American representatives, who were almost always aligned with Anton, couldn't help him this time, their looks full of resentment but helpless.
Anton backing, Wayne Enterprises, now had presidential support.
Wayne Enterprises was already subtly becoming the largest company in America, although it had not yet reached a monopoly and was on par with OsCorp, Stark Industries, and other international giants.
Yet, with the backing of the Justice League, people usually counted Wayne Enterprises separately from the other companies.

"I think you should find these aliens very familiar," he said.
"I have told you before, these aliens are called Chitauri. I believe everyone has channels to communicate with extraterrestrials, and you must have confirmed this information."
"The whole universe knows that the Chitauri are Thanos lapdogs."
"The reason Thanos sent the Chitauri to attack Earth is that he had his sights set on Earth long ago."
"Earth has already become his target."

The attacks on Anton were mainly asking when Superman would return.
Otherwise, after Earth had been ambitiously preparing for war for so long, what would be the point if their ace was late or backed out when the battle began?
"Of course, I'm well aware of what you mean," Anton paused and then continued:
"In fact, Superman has already returned to Earth. Until recently, he was in Asgard, dealing with some special situations for our allies... You can confirm this with the Asgardians."
"By the way, the Asgardian King Odin has passed away, dying on Earth half a month ago.
The throne has been taken over by the elder prince, Thor... These days, I suspect Asgard is busy dealing with Odin and someone else funeral, so they haven't been able to attend to us, but I can assure you..."
"When Thanos arrives, the Asgardians will bring their strongest warriors to stand with us."
"This is their promise to Superman."
After Anton finished speaking, the representatives at the World Security Council meeting looked at each other and sighed in relief.
"And one more thing," Anton suddenly added:
"Regarding Captain Marvel, well, S.H.I.E.L.D. files describe her like this, that her nickname, her real name is Carol Danvers... she the superhero who repelled the Kree invasion of Earth in the 1990s..."
"Is she that Earth woman who was with Superman?" someone asked, a glint of realization in their eyes.
"Correct."
Anton nodded: "Like Superman, she has been wandering the universe for years, gaining much experience.
Superman vengeance against Thanos was also aided by Carol. After contacting Captain Marvel last night, they will arrive tonight..."
"However, I think they would like to visit the moon first."
"Let leave the task of welcoming them to S.H.I.E.L.D.," Anton glanced at the virtual conference room, where the current director of S.H.I.E.L.D., Coulson, sat listening without speaking rights.
"S.H.I.E.L.D. will be happy to see Carol and their old director return."
"And another thing," he then turned his gaze to the American representative:
"I'm too lazy to contact John Keller. Tell him to release Maria Rambeau she an old friend of Captain Marvel.
Captain Marvel has made great contributions in the universe for us, we can give her this courtesy. After all, Rambeau isn't really a significant figure."
"Understood."
The American representative obediently complied.
Now, although Anton was nominally under the control of the World Security Council, in reality, no one in the virtual conference room could make Anton listen, just like the national representatives present.
Who else holds the world most formidable military power like the Justice League?
After the interstellar network spread Superman combat achievements among the higher echelons of various nations, they had been well reviewed.
Although Superman only took action twice.
Once in the knowhere, once on Sakaar, but just based on the identity of his opponents, and the fact that Superman emerged unscathed and victorious, it speaks volumes about Superman capabilities.
The latter wasn't much of an issue.
The Black Order, although formidable lieutenants of Thanos, are still individuals.
What shocked the countries was the former.
Superman single-handedly cut through a Kree starship fleet.
You should know, even on Earth now, when all nations combine their efforts to build a moon base, it only equivalent to two or three Kree starship fleets.
Don't underestimate the Earth power equivalent to two or three Kree fleets.
In a normal remote galaxy, such power could easily conquer a primitive interstellar civilization.
Frankly, Earth is just beginning to make contact with the universe.
It only considered a primitive star-level civilization.
If it weren't for Earth special circumstances, this invasion by Thanos might have gone unnoticed, only to be prepared at the last moment when the enemy arrives just outside the atmosphere, and then the entire planet would be caught off guard, and all of humanity could have been obliterated.
"That about all for today."
Anton finished speaking, waved his hand to close the projection, but then seemed to remember something and added:
"By the way, a few alien allies of the Justice League plan to provide assistance for the moon base currently under construction...
They should be arriving in the next few days, so when that time comes, there no need to panic, just coordinate well with them and get the job done."
"Well, that basically it, do you have anything else to say?"
Anton looked at the virtual conference projection of the representatives of the various countries.
The representative of Wakanda, T'Challa, who had not yet become the next king and rarely spoke, asked curiously,
"Who are these alien allies that are on good terms with the Justice League? Will they participate in this battle?"
"This friend is familiar to most of you, especially to the Americans," Anton said, as the American representative looked puzzled.
"Who is it?"
The attending American representative was confused.
"The Transformers."
Anton explained, "Don't forget, half of our technological civilization and most of our scientific foundation have been developed through the study of their bodies."
"The Transformers?!"
This statement caused the representatives of various countries to look at each other in disbelief.
The Americans were even more baffled.
It was actually the Transformers!
The Justice League had been in contact with the Transformers all this time.
This made everyone feel somewhat more reassured.
Although in the last century, the Transformers were a secret to the Americans, the development and progress of technology over the years could not circumvent this silicon-based civilization of metallic life forms.
The Transformers came from an extremely advanced civilization, that much was clear.
Though people hadn't found much information about the Transformers on the interstellar network, as Earthlings who had had contact with the Transformers civilization, they naturally knew the formidable aspects of the Transformers.
It could be confirmed that the Justice League had long been prepared for this battle.
The expressions of the representatives varied.
They almost concluded that perhaps ever since the Battle of New York, the Justice League had uncovered the conspiracy behind it and thus had been preparing for the imminent war.
Various trump cards were almost all laid out, and the power that the Justice League held was astounding.
It could indeed be said that although the Justice League did not have many members, just with the power and resources they possessed, they had the capability to overthrow a country.
And not just any third-world small nation, but a world superpower.
After addressing T'Challa question, Anton waited a moment, and seeing no one else had questions, he ended the meeting.

"Z, what is it?"
Anton expression was strange: "You look a bit sickening right now."
"Anton, are the Transformers really coming to help us?"
Agent Z, as a participant in the meeting, although he didn't have the right to speak, had been listening alongside S.H.I.E.L.D. Director Coulson and naturally had heard about the Transformers from Anton.
As the deputy director of the Men in Black, Z was one of the humans on Earth most familiar with alien civilizations.
Especially those that had appeared on Earth before.
Among them, the Transformer civilization, or rather the Cybertronian civilization, which Z had never seen but had heard about, was one of Z favorite "species."
Which man could refuse a "Transformer"?
Not to mention that today human civilization actually had an inseparable connection with the appearance of the Transformers.
Without the Transformers, human technological development might have needed decades or even a century of evolution to advance to this level.
It was the Transformers who had unlocked the key to rapid human progress.
"That right."
Anton smiled: "They are sending a spaceship rushing to the moon, carrying various weapons transported from the planet Cybertron, mainly the base modules I asked them to construct…
With those base modules, we can build an iron wall around the base in just a few days. Even Thanos wouldn't be able to break through!"
