Chapter 22 - Extra 3 : The idea of his hate

Earth,

Date: 17th April, 220 (A.B)

Day: Wednesday morning,

"You've got to tell me now!! Just what is his problem with him??? Just what's so wrong between them??" Slamming her bag down, on her desk, she asked desperately, egear to untangle the knots inside her head from yesterday, as soon as she entered the classroom and walked up to her kind-of-best-friend at school, Shin.

She had realised that she was the only one left who could answer her, if possible anything, that would sort her muddled mind. She could have asked her mother. And though there were chances that she would've told her something, but after eavesdropping on their conversation and not doing anything, she couldn't bring herself up to consult.

"Him? His problem?? Who are you even talking about?!" Startled from the suddenness, Shin said as she turned, in an annoyed manner because she was disturbed.

Today, Shin was writing something like a love letter on her notebook, which was on her lap, with very much focus like it had meant something really dear to her, before she was distracted by Alvish.

"Of course, Reada?!"

"And Rem!??"

"No, Mr Targil!"

They were today too, sitting on the chairs and had taken the same desks. It had become like their favourite spot by now. Meanwhile Reada was today, too, absent.

"You found out about it?? That something is wrong??" Shin asked in shock.

"Duh!"

"Ain't you being a bit too interested in him lately??"

"Stop Shipping Us Already, And Tell Me Reason!!"

For Shin, it was a matter of fun. But she didn't know the conflict Alvish was going through in her head.

"Fine fine, I'm telling you. To be honest with you, according to me, Reada is so much like fire. You might find comfort and cosiness on a cold night if you are with him. But if you try to captivate him, play him with your hands, then he'll burn you without any second thoughts."

Alvish did understand the metaphor she was given but it was still unclear to her how it was related to his mother's (Alie's) words from the previous day, her crying and Mr Targil's special hate towards him.

"I have also only heard about it and haven't witnessed it with my own eyes," Shin continued, "but it had happened around 2 years ago…"

At that time Mr Targil had newly joined the school and he was assigned to teach maths in Reada's class. Unlike now, he wasn't an old grumpy looking guy at that time, but actually was good-looking with a sharp handsome face, a person looking to be around 30, that he was. Even still it was visible through his face that he was someone who had wasted his life in pursuit of his goal and now has come there after failing. But there was confidence too, of that he was preparing the future. Concluding that he had moved on and accepted his life.

It didn't take much time for him to notice that one of his students from one of his particular classes was not very like others. And so, to him he seemed to be struggling with his life. That student was none other than Readarex.

In school, even at that time, like his often-self, his hair was long and messy, he just used to sleep, didn't do his given homework and if published he just accepted it without saying anything, including most of the time he was absent. Reada, too, was new in the school at that time. So, even if Mr Targil tried asking the other teachers about him, he couldn't find anything. Asking the principal, he was told that he is special and to just let him be him. But it wasn't very helpful to him either.

So, one day, he decided to ask him, himself. When again he hadn't done his work that Mr Targil had given and was about to be punished.

Mr Targil walked up to Reada, who was standing still on his spot, his desk, and was looking down again silently. He just wanted to help him out by giving him a push. He stopped in front of his desk and while firmly placing his hand on his shoulder, said, "Son, if you're having any kind of problem then be sure to open up. I'll surely give my best."

Reada looked up at him. His face was a bit disgusted, a bit confused, and a bit awkward with his mouth open. He replied to his words, "Aa- actually there's no problem Mr Father-in-law, your daughter seems to be fucking fine."

"Mind Your Language!!" He shouted out angrily.

"YOU FUCKING MIND YOUR LANGUAGE!!" Reada shouted even more loudly.

The matter went up to even the principal's office and since Reada was fair with his points, Mr Targil had to apologise to him at the end. The news went viral throughout the whole school and it really affected the reputation of Mr Targil. And that caused him to be carrying his rage for vengeance since then!

"DUDE, THIS GUY'S CRAZY!! We Know That Your Mother's Beautiful But No One Has To Be This Serious!!!"
