"Has anyone heard from Alice recently?"
Though Alice wasn't around, they tried to keep the friendship circle going and met up often. They got to know more about each other and actually formed a bond that, though it started off as them having an interest in Alice, made them interested in each other.
"I wish I could say yes." Diane said, slumping her head on the table, but her eyes were still fixed on her phone screen.
Currently, they were sitting at a cafe, each watching the news on Alice's subjugation raid that was setting the whole world on fire.
There were so many who wanted to have an interview with her and so on and so forth.
"After that day, we never got to see her again and before we knew it, there was already news of her carrying out a subjugation on her own in Canada." Lance said.
"She's not alone. Leo's with her." Maki pointed out and they all looked at her with bland eyes.
