The monster shook the entire facility with each attack it landed on Micheal. He lay on the floor, his blood painting the ground and the monster's limbs.
The monster rose Micheal and, with its giant four fingered hand. It rose its other hand to deal with one last punch to end the boy. Micheal clawed at the monster's hand, trying to break free from its grasp. But the monster's strength was superior to his.
The monster's eyes widened in fury of Micheal's action. It smashed the boy to the ground several times before raising him and its fist to the sky.
Micheal had completely lost all control and stamina his body was once had. He watched helplessly at the monster's fist.
"Let go of him!!" Anna cried out with tears in her eyes as she threw a pebble at the monster to protect her brother.
The monster looked at Anna, with a ferocious growl. But to all the students' astonishment, the monster instantly let go of Micheal. Anna herself and Amanda were also taken by suprise.
But the monster did not stop. It rose its hand to protect its head and instantly a powerful shock made impact with the monster, destroying it partially.
The students looked behind them and saw a blomd varied figure floating in the sky, his hand stretched out.
"Hanging in there?" Lucas asked as he lowered himself to the ground.
He landed near the bloody Micheal with a furious expression.
He bit his finger and let a drop of blood fall on to Micheal's wounds.
"Unique skill: Burning Blood," Lucas muttered.
Instantly, Micheal's body went up in Scalet flames. The boy cried out in pain before Lucas waved his hand.
The pain disappeared, and Micheal's wounds began mending.

[Burning Blood is a unique class skill of Lucas Jonathan Adams. He invented it during his journey to the M.E.C.
He can create flames of scarlet colour by using the energy of the person he cast his flames upon.
He can make his blood both chip down at his enemies until their energy is exhausted or heal his allies at the cost of their own energy.
The flames can not be extinguished using water or other normal extinguishing materials. Instead, you would have to wait until Lucas himself casts the flames away, their energy is exhausted, or by using the extremely rare gem; Neptune, a gemstone that has a base temperature of -1566.8⁰C.

The monster stood there, not moving. Lucas quickly dismissed the idea of a monster feeling scared.
He rose his hand and said.
"100% Qi Release!!" An even more powerful shockwave than before released. With the impact, the monster crumbled away at the sheer force of the attack.
'This kid...' Annerson, who had been present, began talking to himself. 'Is he a monster?'
