POV Rio
I looked over the items I got with this Gacha, and I had to admit it was some pretty good stuff.
'The UNSC Ship Schematics, Crown Victoria, Freeze Ray, Ice Cream Sundae Maker, Prototype UP77, RoboCop Cybernetic Schematics, and the Devilstrand Research can be sent to the Science Division. I can see the Crown Victorias becoming the CIB's standard vehicle. I doubt the Freeze Ray will be all that useful, but maybe Dr. Fries can learn something new from it. The Ice Cream Sundae Maker can just be replicated and sent to any place that wants ice cream. The UNSC might not be too powerful, but we may learn some new techniques for ship construction. Now, the really interesting stuff is the Prototype UP77 and RoboCop Cybernetic Schematics. The RoboCop could be the perfect Law Enforcer. At least it would be better than B1's or Death Knights. Or we can use it as a jumping-off point for making new law enforcement droids. Lastly, but certainly not least, we have the Prototype UP77. It could allow us to never have to worry about ammo logistics again. But most importantly, if we can scale it up to our fleets, we might just be able to steamroll Cetana.'
Despite my excitement, I knew it would likely take a few months or even a year before we would see any fleet-level applications. As for the Devilstrand research, I didn't have high hopes for it. We had already invented superior options, but it never hurt to learn more.
'It is good I got two plates from this Gacha, as that should mean I only need 3 more and I will be able to summon Arceus. I will hold on to them for now. I will do the same with Doom's Armor. At least for now. I could see giving this to someone to give another superhero the chance to rise. I will keep Rongo Rongo, Game Child, Wooden Mask, and the Breath of Life. Rongo Rongo can be my portable map for whenever I need one. It should help greatly with trials. The Game Child can be a gift to someone. Not sure what I would use the Breath of Life for, as it isn't that impressive. Maybe use it on the members of Ains Ooal Gown. As for the Wooden Mask, I will think of who can use it best.'
The next items were the more out there ones.
'Psychic Paper is okay, but I don't think I will use this often, if at all. But I can't just give this to someone. The Dueling spell is... unique... to say the least. I am not fully sure when I would use it, but maybe it will have its uses. The Maniac Spell is odd, but a clone can use it as it seems like they last until they are killed. And the Sword of Damocles is meh. The damage it can do is okay, but the long charge time of a Super Tier Spell makes this far less useful. I will give the Felix Felicis Potion to Vesemir as he is our resident master potioneer. Its boost to luck is good, and I don't see a reason why I shouldn't just use these whenever I can. Other than the material cost and the difficulty of crafting them, that is. I will destroy the Krivbeknih as soon as I can. That thing is too vile to exist.'
Next came the other items.
'The Mystery Boxes can be stored for later. The Crystal Empire Cookbook can go in the library, as can the Scroll of Seals. I will read both when I have the time. I will need to make sure only those qualified can read the scroll. The Teleporter can be given to Tex for his use. Good thing it doesn't cost 7.5 Billion to use, as it would make it too cost-inefficient to use otherwise. The Rating Games can be very useful if we ever want to do all-out sparring. I am sure Raditz will love it. Maybe I should host a World Tournament and decide who gets the Summon Power Boost Cards. Lastly is the Cannonbolt DNA chip. I will just add it now.'
Once I added the DNA to the Ultimatrix, I moved on to the summons.
'Omniman is okay, I am not fully sure where I would use him, but maybe I can scan his DNA into the Ultimatrix and then he can assist me in the DC Trial. Hmm, I can think of a couple of beings in that Trial that I could use some additional help with. Artax is a decent summon. Not sure what he will do, but he can at least live in Sanctuary. The TMNT can join the Titans. Or maybe a Justice League should be formed since we have so many heroes and potential heroes. Though Earth doesn't have much they can help with. The Imperium has almost no crime, and the rest of the world is a warzone. Lastly is Twilight. She will be tricky. She will not be in the best state of mind if the summary is right. I can't summon her friends right away, so she will need some intense therapy. Luckily, the Imperium is quite good with mental health care.'
I started the summoning with Artax. It turned out that he was depressed as well, so I had him set up with a therapist. It was decided he would live in Sanctuary. The next to be summoned was the TMNT. I introduced them to the Titans, and they got along very well. Splinter and Robin hit it off especially well. They agreed to spar at a later date. Before I left, I ensured they had a suitable living space in the Titans Tower. I also made sure they set up some appointments with Orochimaru. I knew he would want to get some samples from them.
'I should check in with him when I can. The last report I got from him indicated he was close to creating a Panacea.'
After settling the TMNT, I moved to summon Twilight. Once she was summoned, I first noticed the strange sense of emptiness. Her eyes were vacant, and I could sense that she was far worse than I originally expected.
'She is going to need a lot more work than I was going to give her originally. How did she even accept the summoning contract.'
[Ding]
[She Accepted It During One Of Her Lucid Periods. Her Desperation Made Her Accept The Contract Almost Immediately.]
'Got it, so she is going to need a lot of Flex Tape.'
Rio: "Ehem, excuse me, my name is Rio Magus Crepusculum, and I am the one who summoned you."
She just looks in my direction but says nothing. I wait for a few minutes for her to respond, but I get nothing from her.
Rio: "I can tell you are suffering greatly, but I assure you I will fulfill the terms of the contract. Your friends will come with time."
My statement causes a small sparkle of recognition, but it fades away. I decided to put her to sleep and place her in a room. Once she was put to bed, I went through my memories to see if I could think of the best therapist that might be able to help her. After a while, I think of one that I figure might just be the best bet.
'Who better than Doctor Fate?'
I check the system and find that I can summon Kent V. Nelson for a very affordable price. Of course, the version I summon is one without the Helmet of Fate. The version I summoned was the one that died after giving the Helmet to a new user. So he had plenty of experience in both Psychology and Magic. I figure he would be the best choice. Once he was summoned, I told him what I needed him for.
Nelson: "Hmm, I think I can try to help. I am glad that I am needed for my skills in Psychology for once and not for the helmet. If you have anyone else who needs mental help, please send them my way."
Rio: "I will. Have you ever had to deal with a client like this?"
Nelson: "Honestly, no. I have been the therapist for many superheroes and even some villains, but Twilight is quite severe. I presume you don't know how long she was alive before you summoned her."
Rio: "Unfortunately, no. But if I had to guess, at least 2000 years. Possibly more, and most of that was likely in isolation."
Nelson: "That means I will have my work cut out for me. I will keep you aware of only the basic progress. Anything she says or tells me will be kept strictly confidential unless I believe she is a threat to herself or others."
Rio: "I completely understand. The only other question I had was, Do you think I should summon her friends as soon as I can or wait?"
Nelson: "That's a tricky question. For now, I would suggest waiting. I would want to get her into a stable mental situation first before introducing such major mental stressors. But all of this depends on what her mental state is currently at. I won't know that until I can get her to open up."
Rio: "Very well. Thank you again for helping her."
Nelson: "No problem. I take great pleasure in helping those in need."
We discuss a few more things, and I get him settled in the palace, then we go our separate ways. I also made sure to set up a future meeting with him so I can ask for information about the Chaos Lords. After all that was done and everything was sent to where it needed to go, I went to spend time with my family.

Authors Note:
I was not fully sure which Psychologist to summon at first. At first, I was thinking of choosing Dr. Linda Martin, the Devil's therapist, but I settled on Kent V. Nelson after reading about him on a forum post. I think there will only be one or two more Gachas before this story is over. So if you have any ideas, I would suggest them now so I can maybe add them to the list. There are only three, maybe four arcs left in the story. One is the DC Trial, another is the Synthetic Queen, and the last has to do with Thanos. Until next time, Ciao.
