She laughed hysterically, thinking it was all a joke until she found out that she didn't shake or laugh and was just staring at her like she had lost her mind.
"Wait. Are you serious?" She was beyond shocked because two minutes ago, she believed Vanessa knew nothing about what was going on between her and Rania. But right now, she was singing another song.
"I knew everything, probably because I had seen that diary before Rania." She said, calmly, sitting down and waiting for Evelyn to process her thoughts.
"How did you know about all of these? H.. How?" She was startled as she forced the words out of her mouth.
She chucked as she continued what she had to say. "Okay, mum. Please don't look at me like I'm a shark or a monster." She laughed again as she saw her mum's face which looked worse.
"So, tell me what I don't know," Evelyn said, becoming more impatient to hear the truth.
