"I don't care. I'm not a professional assassin. Without the right tools, how am I supposed to kill someone?"
He said unreasonably.
"Alright, I'll try to persuade the company."
Wang Manni said.
"Hmm. Once this job is done, you should be able to move up a bit, right?"
Liu Zheng asked.
"The Deputy Director said if I can make this happen, getting promoted to Senior Manager shouldn't be a problem."
Wang Manni said softly.
"That's good, the higher your position, the more useful you are to me. Work hard."
He said with satisfaction.
"Yeah, yeah, I'll definitely try to be useful to you, Mr. Deliveryman."
Wang Manni nodded vigorously.
"Anything else? If not, I'm hanging up."
"Um, Mr. Deliveryman."
Wang Manni called softly.
"What?"
"No, nothing."
Wang Manni mumbled.
"Oh."
Liu Zheng hung up the phone.
He kind of knew what Wang Manni wanted to say, but he didn't want to hear it.
He's a man who wants to become the delivery king, no time for all this pointless chit-chat.
