Victor, as usual, is busy with his duties. The man who has never had any important responsibilities in his life other than studying at university and his part-time job is now the head of humanity's most important organization.
Needless to say, he has had to study while performing his new duties. Thanks to the knowledge of administration and other subjects accumulated among vampires, Victor was able to learn a great deal about managing an organization with ease. The knowledge Victor learned was that which young nobles learned during their youth after leaving the vampire academy at the age of 18.
This knowledge is imparted by parents and tutors selected by them, who are usually elderly vampires in charge of administrative positions. Victor obtained advice from these vampires, who are now retired from their duties and serve as consultants to the new generation of administrators under Valery's command.
