Kyle sat with Isabella face-to-face. She was nervous because Kyle had a serious look on his face, which meant whatever he wanted to discuss must be important.
"What can I do for you, sir?" Isabella asked, but Kyle remained silent for a minute, spaced out as he was lost in his head.
"...Sir?" Isabella called out, snapping Kyle back to reality, but he played it off.
"Say, Isabella, what is your vision?" Kyle asked, prompting Isabella to raise a brow—they had discussed this on their first day of meeting.
However, there was a good chance he might have forgotten, which wouldn't be strange considering how busy he had been.
"My vision is to be the biggest talent agency in the United States," Isabella said, with a look of confusion still plastered across her face.
"I see," Kyle responded, sounding a tad disappointed, as if he was looking for something grander.
"Is something wrong?" Isabella quickly asked, hoping she hadn't said anything that would put her role here at risk.
