Mio's bad feelings seemed to be right on target.
Before I got the report from Aiko, who was infiltrating Earl Timoti's residence, I received a warm welcome from one of the old men who came to me.
His arrogant attitude seemed to give me great hostility.
"Hoho... look who has returned from a business trip in someone else's noble territory," he said while giving me a cynical look and hostile fire.
When his gaze was fixed on me, my cursed Odachi was still tied to my horse's saddle.
"Hmm... is he your acquaintance, Mio?" I asked Mio after hearing that unfriendly remark from a problematic old man earlier.
"I don't know him, Lily-sama. I think his old age has made his night vision unclear or the memory in his brain has faded with age," replied Mio with an answer that made me smile when I heard it.
The answer given by Mio made some of Evelyn's group laugh at that old man.
