Green Miao Tribe, Main Hall
Qing Xuan, holding a beast-headed cane, sat alone at the head of the room. He appeared middle-aged, with rough and slightly reddish skin—a typical look for a Nanjiang Miao descendant.
On either side below him sat two elders, each holding a beast-headed cane as well. They seemed to be a generation older than Qing Xuan.
Additionally, around thirty to forty people stood within the hall, scattered behind the four elders, clearly experts from the other four great Miao clans.
Qing Xuan said nothing, and no one else spoke.
The entire hall seemed rather quiet.
"These next few days, all of you had better behave, the esteemed guests from the Holy Sect are coming here to repair the Chi Li Heaven Barrier for us. If anyone offends them and causes the Barrier to remain unrepaired, they will be the eternal sinners of the Nanjiang Temple. Do you all understand?"
