There are some people that the heavens just can't handle. These people are the paragons. From the beginning of the universe, nine of such people appeared, each making them bleed in more than one place.
They tried everything in their power and within the rules, and even outside the rules sometimes, to bring an end to their existence. However, no matter how hard they tried, nothing seemed to work.
They could only try every time they had the chance and hope they succeed.
Unfortunately for them, the nine paragons they tried to kill were actually one person with many lives. And this person had learned and perfected thousands of ways to piss the heavens off so he could get what he wanted.
