"It really is!" Elizabeth's eyes sparkled. "It's one of the lost fragments of the Rune of Life."
Emilia looked a bit nervous at the wooden box in her hands… one of the lost fragments of the Rune of Life. She blinked a couple of times, trying to calm herself. After a moment, she looked Brynthia straight in the eyes: "Where did you find it?"
Brynthia smiled and placed her hands on her hips: "The Progenitor Dragon, the first dragon created by God—I stole it from him when he decided to abandon and betray the Beastly Glades to create his own empire. I don't know when or where he got it, but most likely during the war in Hell—you know, the war caused by the Blue Flame that was left without a bearer." She frowned and wiggled her fingers a little. "To me, that fragment isn't worth much. But I'm sure it'll be of great help to the half-demon." She nodded with a satisfied expression on her face; she seemed to be in a good mood.
