Su Chen kept darting forward along the winding corridor, glancing through each window as he passed by each room.
However, he had checked most of the rooms and all were occupied - he hadn't found the Medicine Pavilion.
"Searching like this is reckless; if I accidentally run into a master, I'm done for."
Su Chen thought to himself. Plus, he only had tonight. If he couldn't find it by dawn, it was game over!
No choice, Su Chen decided to find someone to ask. No matter how much commotion he caused, he would flash out once he got the item!
At that moment, he heard light footsteps. Quickly, he stepped onto the railing and leaped up, hooking his feet onto the frame, grasping onto a protrusion, pressing his back against the top of the corridor, holding his breath!
Soon, a woman in a blue dress walked right below him. Suddenly, Su Chen dropped from above, covering her mouth with one hand and pressing a cold, gleaming dagger to her neck with the other.
