Enji lifted the baby cradled in his arms up in the air in response to the question, a name was burned into the Child's hand in a sun pattern, like a birth mark, a symbol of the divine.
" This boy is my recently born son Shinra and the future number one hero of not just Japan, but the entire world. In fact at only two months old he constantly mumbles his first and favorite word. Hero"
"Endeavor why were you at the shrine?"
"Of course to get this little guy blessed by our great Goddess, but when I arrived I felt a disturbance and ended up meeting the prince, saving him from that horrible demon."
" Endeavor why is the baby smiling so weirdly?"
"Oh he just gets a little grumpy when tired and the fighting delayed his feeding, I should head back home to the wife and get this little guy some rest."

Ignoring the clamoring crowd Enji lifted off in a rush of flames, a glimmer of hope in his eye.

To be alive again after so long, and in the presence of divine liquid he didn't even know he missed out on in his old world, Shinra was already in love. A world created just for him, where the only goal was to become the greatest hero that ever was.
The first thing he had seen upon opening his eyes in this new world was a gigantic man of flames who resembled Vulcan and a unfamiliar city that actually felt familiar.
It gave off the vibes of the old world yet so much different. For example the worship of Amaterasu continued but now she was in statue form, colossal buildings with gigantic screens and posters showcased these mighty figures, that he could only compare to aliens or fiction, while there were no signs of the church anywhere. Even the people themselves looked different, not as abstract in body or color appearing more defined.
" The cataclysm" Shinra babble gasped breathing in an air bubble he would unfortunately have to get rid of later. This world he was seeing now seemed like the world before the cataclysm though he couldn't be sure quite yet and it doesn't look quite the same in style, but perhaps the world was moved entirely in a different direction by the disaster.
'Maybe it was death's doing? He had been experimenting on souls before he cut contact, and he definitely has the power to rewind time.' Shinra thought, though, how he got here that didn't matter much. As for now, Shinra only had one goal in mind.
Maneuvering his uncoordinated arms in legs in the optimal position, Shinra latched onto his new mothers nipple and sucked with all his might, allowing a wave of fresh divine to come as his tongue lapped in the liquid with vigor.
However, he wouldn't allow the heavenly sensation to drift him into a slower pace or even off to sleep, as he was already well behind his brother in development, and his pride as the elder wouldn't allow him to be relegated to little brother.
Shinra glared at the white and red-haired future baby brother who sat across from him with a questioning gaze, not to harm his rival's development, but to confuse, allowing him to take the lead.
The baby simply stared back with blank eyes and continued eating, creating a tense atmosphere, where neither child could be distracted by the happenings of the world outside this feeding domain. Else they fall into the veil of darkness.
Their two gazes and intense eating, however, didn't go unnoticed by the world outside, as a loving voice called out to the babies who would end up not hearing a single word due to their deep focus on eating.
"No need to fight, you two, there is more than enough to go around. Especially you, little Shin, of all of my children born by one of the greatest heroes to ever live, there hasn't been one who eats with as much focus and desire as you, you cute greedy devil."
The Woman adjusted her loving gaze away from the two children to instead give her husband a look of curiosity and anger.
Enji, whose child is this?"
"I know what this looks like. The media and public are already saying it, and to be honest, it's not an implausible conclusion. I mean, IncrediKinetic just had his scandal, and he's only number 7. But Rei, you know I would never hurt you like that! "The man had an enlightened look in his eye and a confidence in his posture as his gaze was fixed on the black-haired boy.
What endeavor had gone through today was nothing short of a miracle. He went to the temple during his wife's labor in hopes of siring a true heir who would have both his quirk and Rei's while surpassing the power of All might. But that was then... he still wanted Shoto to surpass all might, but now he has an even greater goal for his children. Amaterasu's statue appeared in his mind along with that demon. Overwhelming strength, ever-growing power, flames as hot as the sun, and eyes that gleam at the word hero. All in the body of a newborn.
To make up for this huge head start, it was only reasonable to upgrade the goal as well. The number one hero of Japan is far too simple a role for these two children. They should instead become the world's first global heroes.
Hero doesn't fit their description though... The twin Gods would be a better title.

"He's albino, and it only affects his hair and eyes. Shoto is to be his twin, and he is to bear the Todoroki name. Numbers 1 and 2 were born to the same mother and on the same day. "He answered quickly, as though having thought of this for years.
"You have other children!" Rei struggled to speak, thinking of her other children who already felt stressed and neglected. Her Toya was already trying the best he could to gain his father's attention.
"I thought about that to Rei. When I went to the shrine, I prayed for Toya's recovery. Maybe Shinra could be that cure. Once that's the case, he could join their future agency."
"You really don't get it, Enji... You know what? I'll agree with your plan, but only under a few conditions."
"That's fair." The man pulled on his mustache of flame and twirled it a little before speaking. As long as it isn't too much, I'll gladly agree to any conditions you have."
A world-changing promise was made that day as the babies in the room finally gave in to their bodies' deep desire for sleep, though the one with black hair continued drinking, his powerful will not allowing him to stop consuming even in his dreams.
