If Treyton and the others did well, they would probably finish cleaning up those officials that were involved in the human experiment in the research center before they returned.
So once they returned, they would go back already because their purpose was already achieved.
Luciel hadn't properly looked around the market of the Sunset base yet, so he planned to visit it again.
He wanted to check if there were some things that were worth buying. They probably won't return to the Sunset base again, so it's a pity if they don't go and see what the others are trying to sell or trade.
The market that they saw was indeed chaotic, but there were a lot of stalls, so they might be able to find something useful if they go and check it out.
