The so-called Candle Day refers to the Light-holding Radiance, the Shining World God. In ancient Dao Courtyard texts, it generally refers to all the holy spirits born of heaven and earth that cannot be classified. If one encounters a powerful deity or holy spirit that defies classification and seems to be born of heaven and earth, it can be directly referred to as Candle Day.
An Jing had also heard this name before—it was related to the Great Wilderness Realm. According to Master Mingguang Dust, the deity worshiped by the humans of that world's major powers is the 'Candle Bright Day God Venerate,' which is the sun of the Great Wilderness Realm, a kind of sun worship. Clearly, the sun deity is also a holy spirit of heaven and earth.
When Subdue Evil heard 'Candle Bright Day God Venerate,' he had mumbled to himself, saying that he once communicated with the Ancestral Dragon, and the Huai Xu Ancestral Dragon stated that it is 'Candle Light,' which means [Candle Day]!
