Thousands of Americans held banners that read, "Break away from the damn U.S. Government, we want the Lonely Star Country of justice!"
Leading the charge wasn't some random person but a female state legislator. She held a megaphone, loudly exposing the shady ties between the Red Shoes Club and the U.S. Government.
She urged the Governor to deploy the National Guard to the state borders and to defy the U.S. Government's punishment of Mexico.
"Justice cannot be killed!"
"We demand respect! We demand the truth!"
National Guard police officers in helmets and holding shields stood as if facing a major enemy.
Washington was still echoing with gunfire, public order was in complete shambles, with 17 to 18 officers already fallen in the line of duty.
The National Guard had taken control of the local streets...
Other states had also sounded alarms, fearing incidents might break out.
