After hours of searching for the exit, Desmond has finally found a moment of recuperation as he finally found light emerging from the distance. The dungeon is a dark maze, contrary to its welcoming exterior. Seeing the light just means it is supposed to be the exit.
Following the direction of the light, Desmond hurriedly runs despite being exhausted. As he approaches the end of the path, he covers his eyes with his hand as the light begins to become brighter and brighter.
"W-What is this…"
As he narrows his eyes, he could make out a silhouette of four individuals who are wearing a knight's armor.
"K-Knights! A Knighthood, finally!"
"Halt your march."
A cold and intimidating voice of a commanding lady knight stops him from further advancing. The brightness doesn't just come out of the radiant sun, but was amplified due to the presence of the knight in front of him.
