His body flickered for a moment—Salam merged seamlessly with the night.
Not long after, his figure emerged from the darkness, arriving at a mountain radiating an air of deathly silence.
It was a dead volcano, its lush base contrasting sharply with the desolation at its summit. Suspended above the volcanic crater, Salam's figure suddenly plummeted, his speed escalating rapidly.
Straight down, colliding with the mountain beneath him.
The barrier shattered, as if he had entered a Different Space, where black magma filled the surroundings yet the temperature dropped precipitously.
In a single instant—or perhaps what felt like an eternity—Salam's body squeezed through a bizarre tunnel, emerging onto a desolate land.
