Ybur pushed forward in one go and created the Emperor Dragon, Bee Queen... and a range of his avatars inside him. In fact, if he wanted, he could transform directly into any species that fell within his range, including those he had expanded!
This was a use combining the cycle law with his Professional Ability. Initially, Ybur was pondering what meaning this held—since it seemed less powerful than simply unleashing a blast of Creation, and ever since obtaining Creation, he had experienced a soothing sensation as if the folds of his brain were smoothed out, leaving nothing to worry about as he encountered anything and blasted through, like a massage banishing constraints.
